Great little boutique hotel below the Castelo with a wonderful view over the city and the Tagus River.

I recommend absolutely everything. There are 11 guest rooms, a wine bar, and a restaurant, and it is all outstanding.

My poor attempts would not do this place justice. Every single aspect was beyond perfect. The staff feels as close as family. I will fly to Libon again some da, just to see these wonderful people.

Went for dinner here without knowing what a GEM awaited us! We loved it so much, we asked Bruno if there was a penthouse and booked it for days later! A total dream — outside shower and the inside shower was just as SEXY with a view of the city. The champagne and wine reserve is delicious‼️ Unforgettable … Standards are ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Room at the very top beautiful view breakfast on the terrace. Room clean and very comfortable. Only negative no tea or coffee facility in room but they did bring coffee up so can’t complain. No lift so need to be fit to ascent the stairs but again old part of city but worth it once up there. Enjoyed it.

Amazing staff, so welcoming found this hotel online on the day of departure… booked from pictures of the views and open sun terrace. Definitely worth the price, spectacular views of the Tagas River and Lisbon. Caution lots of stairs and this part of the city is residents only if you have a car. The terrace restaurant is amazing delicious food, drinks and service. We don't want to leave…

Super cool location near the castle and staff were always attentive. Comfortable rooms and beautiful/clean shower area.

We found this veranda passing down the street that descends from the castle de Sao Jorge.
The view, from the street, seemed breathtaking, too bad that at night you do not see much.
The veranda is pretty, best suited for short stays, aperitia or breakfasts. (since it's part of a hotel. But it's still pleasant and comfortable. A little too lit up, as you can see from the photos…
The main surprise were the courses.
Nothing exceptional to remember in the annals, but very good and delicate flavors.

Strength of the evening the fresh fish served as the main course, after a quick and delicious aperitif.

For posterity, the difficult choice.

All meals in the "cafe" was bad. Pasta with pesto was cold. Sardines rillet just a preserves pate. Salad with chicken like a mess with yesterday chicken pieces. And the cherry on top — over high price for this bad quality food. Stay away from this place.

Sitting on the terrace, sushi and wine, great views, peaceful, great staff. So glad to have found this place. I have come back again and again to the terrace. Also stayed at the hotel which was great too.

Ate at the restaurant tonight. Food was plain. I was disappointed to have food places ion our table and it was not explained there was a fee for this food until we asked. Felt scammy to me and not a great way to start the evening. Food was very average quality. The steak was tough, my chicken was dry. The cod Grattan was good as was the fish. Overall it was not a great “first night in Lisbon” meal. View was very nice but doesn’t make up for the lack lustre food. Not recommended.

We drank coffee on the terrace, at the price of Russian caviar, and the service was between pitiful and comical. It took us half an hour and three aggressive adventures to get served two simple lattes. We even started to suspect it was a hidden camera. The Monty Python would have taken gold out of the situation (we unfortunately just wanted a latte, not write a sketch).

Really a very nice hotel resolutely contemporary but steeped in history, in tradition. There's all the amenities. The rooms are spacious and clean. The multilingual staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located. Anyway, I can't wait to go back. Oh yes, the boss besides being brilliant is adorable.

Great small bitoque hotel in the heart of the old alpha region. We slept so well in that place.

Nice hotel with a very nice hidden terrace to enjoy the sun in the afternoon.

Amazing location, good service, food average and price in line with location.

The location is nice, we stayed at the top floor. There is no elevator and the hot water took more than 3minutes to get hot, and never stayed hot hot. Breakfast is very nice and a lot to pick from.

Spectacular view. Just stopped by for some wine at sunset. Restaurant patio is so nice!

This place is a cute boutique hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and gracious. You must always leave your room key at the front desk when you leave the premises, which was unique and odd for me, but they are always there to let you in and give you your key when you return. We were very hungry when we arrived late at night. The kitchen was way past closed, but the gentleman at the front desk went into the kitchen and whipped up a cheese plate and some wine. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back someday.

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of September. Very helpful and friendly staff. We had a large room with a mezzanine level and a nice view out over the city.

I love this good river view boutique hotel and definitely will stay here again if I travel to Lisbon next time. The suite I stayed had 2 floors, with good sunlight and both river and street view. The room is clean. The deco is nice. The bed is the one need to be improved (not very comfortable). The breakfast is simple but ok for me. The staffs are nice and helpful. 10 mins walk to metro with a long section of stairs. So please take a taxi or carrie bus (castle de S Jorge) if one have too heavy luggages.

We ordered two sandwiches and two drinks. This went for about 22 euros, which is ridiculous since the sandwiches were bland as the colour beige. If you value your money, do not go there.

Beautiful, absurd rooms, from the outside you would never say.

Very nice room. Small downside: no elevator. It takes breath to get to the 4th by the rather steep staircase. People with reduced mobility should avoid this hotel.
