Comfortable rooms. Great location in the city.

We booked this hotel because of parking & their rooftop terrace. We got non of these. Arriving at 16:00, there is no availability for parking, only in a nearby parking house for 60 Euros. How does this hotel think it’s acceptable? The room was £120 (without breakfast) & on top of this 60 Euro for parking — literally half of the room’s price. Upon booking I messaged the hotel enquiring about parking, but nobody mentioned this information. Their answer for their message was thi…s: Parking:We do not have our own private car park but you will find several near the hotel (Camoes car park and Restauradores car park) In reality it means: NO WAY TO PARK ANYWHERE NEAR & IF YOU ARE LUCKY, YOU CAN PARK FOR HALF OF THE PRICE OF YOUR HOTEL ROOOM. Although all their advertisments in their website, booking. Com, FB, etc feature the rooftop, as a unique selling point of this hotel, it was closed. Avoid this hotel at all cost if you arrive at Lisbon by car. This hotel should not advertise parking and rooftop terrace. Non of them accessable, available & all you will get is dissapointment & extra costs.

Quite a nice hotel, with decent rooms (although their double beds are two beds pushed together, at least in my room, which isn’t my favorite thing). There’s a cute rooftop bar, though I didn’t see it get busy, and a serviceable business center. Best part of this hotel was the fantastic staff—really world class! Locals with wonderful recommendation in and around Lisbon. They introduced me to the best meal, the best custard tart, the best beach and the best bar I went to in the area! Fantastic location, walkable to pretty much everything you’d like to see (although definitions of walkable may vary! ).

A nice and comfortable hotel. Small, very well located, and the rooms are excellent.

PRO: nice walk in shower, decent bedsize in a twin, lounge bar next door with great cocktails.
CONS: sewer smell from the toilet, a protruding mirror which occupied half the dept of a shallow sink, pointy wall decorations where I have hit my head twice. ZERO attention to details. For the price I would have expected high standards, but it was barely ok.
I would not recommend and will not go back.

Very nice hotel in the center of Lisbon. Very modern, spacious and well decorated room. Breakfast varied with fresh produce, personal care. Probably one of the most beautiful addresses of Lisbon for a short or long stay.

Very centrally located hotel with friendly staff.

I was expecting something a lot more glamorous. Medium to small size rooms with windows looking at a wall, with that sort of cheap modern decor that falls apart, sharp-edges shelves in dodgy places (hit my head twice in two different places) and a very bad stench from the toilet only covered by hidden air freshener in the room. Rooftop bar shut in the winter (which we didn't know about). On the plus side a large wet room shower and the attached bar: this functions as breakfast room in the morning (good but only available till 10.30) and lounge bar at night, which came handy considering it was impossible to walk in heels anywhere. Frankly I would not recommend.

Nice downtown hotel. Great location. Cozy and nice restaurant. Decoration is a bit too blackish for me. Small but lovely rooftop bar.

Great hotel in the heart of the city center.

Nice hotel. The only downsides: not enough drinking water on a daily basis. The rooms are a bit temnovaty. And there are no rules/references on arrival.

Great location, service and amazing breakfast, room was fab with lovely toiletries and use of Dressing gown and slippers Very modern.

OK hotel. Clean rooms but on the small size. Staff is friendly. Location is good. Bed, pillow quality not comfortable. Next visit I will consider searching for another hotel choice.

Very clean Hotel. The staff is very friendly. I loved the pretty modern style of the rooms with LEDs all over the place.

Friendly staff, good location and okay rooms. Negatives are no AC, room had major stains in carpet, and street noise was disturbing at night. Saving Grace is the awesome bar/restaurant attached. Their drinks and staff was phenomenal.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Excellent bar downstairs. My only major problem were with the pillows — very hard and lumpy. I was working in Lisbon and sleep was important. If they upgraded the bedding I'd give it 5 stars.

Great staff and nice property. Small rooftop bar offers great drinks and amazing view. Rooms themselves are small and incredibly dark… but the in-room coffee machine is nice.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Class Hotel.

Wonderful hotel, situated on a somewhat vibrant street but we had nit problems with the general hubbub and daily life. The room was comfortable, the bed was so good we had the best nights sleep plus some every day of our stay. Mod cons in the room, Satellite TV with good English speaking Channels which I have rarely found in other hotels, daily housekeeping, ample choices of breakfast. The hotel has a rooftop bar and a cocktail bar on the ground floor called the Double 9, serving Tea based cocktails but others too. Great atmosphere and prices slightly higher as it is upmarket and a cocktail bar with some style and panache.
Very closely situated to head out and tour the city from any direction, walking, bus, Trams or ferry. Right in the heart of things this hotel offered an opportunity to explore and enjoy Lisbon. Staff were pleasant and when called to advise on local attractions or booking tickets etc they were happy to ablige, also having the ability to speak in several languages also helped.

Nice location, nice breakfast and ok room. Bad Wi-Fi, noisy floor planks, and for not useful for business trips as the room didn't have a desk.

Barley a 4 in my opinion, however nothing specifically wrong with the hotel to get a 3. Overall nothing special about Hotel Mercy but the location is great and bed was comfortable. Rooms could be cleaner (our toilet area smelled of urine). Staff friendly enough.

Bed good, concierge good, room clean, location excellent, shower well, sink box disaster.

This hotel is as beautiful as it is stylish. My room was very comfortable. The shower is lovely. The staff are very friendly, helpful and give great advice for places to go see or eat at. When you first get into your room, put your key into the main switch by the door to turn on the power.

Hotel with spacious, well-maintained rooms. It does not have restaurant or cafeteria (except breakfast) service. Offers valet parking, facilities annexed to the hotel.

Staff speaking no french but very welcoming, breakfast and satiating. Comfortable room.
Significant inconvenience, however: the lack of sound insulation coupled with the noise from the street Misericordia.

Surprisingly quiet, staff was helpful, and very walkable to the nearby Armazens do Chiado which was good for getting cellular service, food, and access to public transit.

As for me that was an amazing value and superb experience. Very stylish and clean boutique hotel, great and quite location (even though it is not far from busy streets). The rooms are great, big comfortable bed, a place to work and everything you need. I would say it is great for couples and quite romantic, with all kinds of ambient lights in the room, the view from the window, etc. The staff and the service in general was flawless. If I am coming back to Lisboa, that is the hotel I would chose without thinking,

Very nice hotel ideally located in the heart of Lisbon.

A hidden gem in the centre of Lisbon, very impressed, the staff are extremely helpful and the stylish rooms are well appointed with every comfort you could wish for. You can get a great view of Lisbon from the rooftop terrace bar while enjoying a cocktail.
