A great option to stay for your money.

Clean and cosy. The only problem — you can't open a window at night as there are a lot of noise from cars and airplanes. Anyway, the condition system is very good.

Modern comfortable hotel near to IPO hospital in Lisbon. New staff training needs more attention. Excellent breakfast. Worth considering.

Excellent value for money. The breakfast is very good. Easy to move to the city centre with Metro and bus.

Great, clean, the rooms are not huge but there is everything you need. I Would say it is great value for money.
The common areas are pleasant, nice the bar area where it is possible to eat something simple.
If you have a room on the high floors (it comes up to the 14th) you can enjoy a nice view over the city.
Also The breakfast is good and abundant and you can taste The typical sweets of Lisbon, as well as some other specialties, different from day to day. The staff in the room is nice and helpful. Too bad x The young people at the reception… They still have something to learn about the reception.
P. S. The payment is anticipated x the entire stay! Never happened before… Country you go…

Great Experience Ibis Hotel, professionalism at the reception, a praise to impeccable cleaners, we were concerned about some reviews for the noise for air passage but the rooms are well soundproofed. For Our. Next trips We will try Ibis hotel.

Very nice hotel, much better than the standard ibis you find in the UK. Very friendly staff, great views from the higher floors, bigger room than I expected, nicer breakfast than I expected too. Well located for the red and blue lines, the night bus from downtown, and for buses that go near the airport. Recommended.

Small Room but clean. Bath Humidity missing suction. Room Ventilation was not working. Possibility of limited window opening. Staff friendly and kind thing always appreciated. Metro at your fingertips to get to downtown quickly, with various destinations.

Great restaurant. Meat is delicious, service attentive and a busy atmosphere. They have music on most weekends which adds to the experience.

The only downside perhaps is the location not properly in the centre, but for cons the price of the room is low, especially when compared with the prices that are being asked in Lisbon. Convenient public parking in front of the hotel (free on weekends). Being an IBIS the property is a certainty. Very nice staff.

Very small rooms, with the constant takeoff of airplanes that are heard by being close to the airport and on top they communicate the rooms by a door so the snoring of the neighbour hears them also throughout the Night. And it's not as cheap as to have these shortcomings.

Very friendly hotel located in the height of Lisbon. Nice little bar on the ground floor, hearty breakfast, very friendly staff. Located on an air corridor but well soundproofed.

Recommended. We paid very little and expected a hotel that would leave it to be desired. But no. Room and bathroom modern and always clean, sheets changed every day. The service restaurant and bar quite good. The lobby, where there was also the bar and restaurant service, had 3 PCs and printer for customers and rilassantissime rocking chairs. The breakfast (paid around 7 euros) was super! There was everything. Whatever was good, especially sandwiches and sweets to carrots. Location Even the elevator was nice and above all fast (we were on the 14th floor and arrived in a few seconds) and as soon as you entered there was also a jingle. What about?! All Fantastic!

Hotel booked for a week end in February, we were blocked by the snowstorm and could not honor our reservation. By correction, we have notified the reception so that the room is not lost. No COMMERCIAL gesture, the group hears nothing of our unhappy experience, not even a change of dates. I strongly advise against my entourage for the lack of indulgence and total understanding.

I have stayed at this hotel thrice. In 2009, 2015 and 2017. This hotel is safe and secure. Staff are polite and guide you clearly for directions that you want. Their hotel breakfast is very good. I usually stay at this hotel as it is at close proximity to the main bus transport services called Sette Rios, so for my onward travel this hotel is a great stop over.

Good hotel for a budget purse do no however add breakfast as this is very limited, no eggs available and watered down version of 'fresh' orange juice. Big disappointment for the price paid. Better and cheaper choices for breakfast nearby.

Hotel on the outskirts of Lisbon. In the room in which I rely for the review we had two rooms, one with a double bed and another with twin beds separate (although they were practically glued together) and here I will comment on is valid for the two-and the trip we did by car. As positive points: The care of the service. The cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the bed. As negative points: We got only two towels for two people (in both rooms that I am by the fact that it is the policy of the hotel), so that one of them had to be used as a towel of hands in addition to showering. Other data to take into account is that they have private parking and covered 7.5 euros for the day and the buffet breakfast is 6.5 euros a person. As a conclusion, if you are in hotel you are only sleeping and you're willing to move around in the car, for its price/quality ratio is an interesting option.

Beds uncomfortable and small pa in an adult person there are no bed sheets… pillow smaller than a cushion… dirty towels, 0, 60€ for take the milk to the coffee, 1, 50€ for a small bottle of water, a pizza microwave precongelada and more evil than venom. Very unhappy with this hotel. Hotel in line with the Accor chain. Clean but small rooms. The breakfast buffet is rich, with some local specialties, prevalent the standard products of continental breakfasts. Helpful staff.

Hotel ibis classic. You already know what to expect from these hotels, they are all the same. Rooms although small are clean and the beds comfortable. Does not own a safety deposit box. In reception there is a restaurant with a variety of dishes.

Very friendly staff, clean room. However, the hotel was struggling with the water system all 4 days we stayed there. The pressure would increase and decrease and so would the temperature to the point where you had to be ready to jump out or get scalded. The parking garage is not built for full size cars and you have to be very careful not to scrape your car. The parking in front of the hotel is great but very few places would be empty because people from the neighboring properties would use the spaces although they were reserved for hotel guests. Perhaps the hotel should consider clamping non guest cars. I am sure it could generate quite and extra income.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Ibis Jose except for the aircraft noise (when the window was tipped). If you look at the city map beforehand, though, that's clear. Breakfast around €6am per person was absolutely sufficient. I would book this hotel again when I fly to Lisbon again.

Can't breath or sleep If you are like me and enjoy fresh air this place is definitely not the place for you. For some reason they switched the air con off in winter and only hot stale air available, after complaining they advised me to open the window for a cool draft. Really is that you're best solution. Never again traffic and planes flying over the hotel too noisy awake all night, absolutely no rest or solution… Stay away.

Excellent hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Room was really clean and comfortable. Great TV, shower, bed, etc. Two comments — walls seem quite thin and can often here other guests at night. Also, the quality of the food is quite poor and too expensive for what it is. Based on this experience, I will be returning to an Ibis hotel.

Hotel close to transportation. The stay in this property is pleasant. The staff is professional is helpful. Although there is air traffic that does not disturb the advice.

Nice staff. Breakfast varied. Room smaller than expected. With a door connecting with another room, less privacy.

The planes were passing over the hotel. Luckily from the room nothing was heard. The breakfast was very full, the bed was comfortable, and the cleanliness spotless. Good facilities. Inconvenience parking in that area.

This is a perfectly fine budget hotel, close to public transport, reasonably comfortable, clean and the staff were very competent. The parking arrangements were quite good: the answer is, if you are driving there… out the back. The front of the hotel is a driver's nightmare. The main problem is the location, which is within a few hundred metres of the landing path of planes coming into the Lisbon airport. Although the windows were double glazed it wasn't great.

The hotel is modern, the staff very friendly and always ready to help. The room has everything you need, with a very comfortable bed and spacious, blackout curtains, soundproof windows (important fact as they spend many planes, but not hear it), the TV with all the channels. The bathroom spotless and all very clean. The breakfast buffet with a big variety to choose from and quality. The hours magnificent of 6.00 to 12.00. The good location, metro stop five minutes away in Plaza de España where you can also catch the bus to go to the beach… we will be Back without hesitation!

It was ok. The assistance was good. Considering that I dont speak Portuguese, the staff were willing to assist where necessary.

Single rooms and at a good price, clean and practically noise-free, well-soundproofed. The staff is very friendly and there is a good breakfast (but going to end soon, the variety). The negative part is that the plugs are away from the bed, there are only three.

We booked two rooms and were given adjacent ones which was great. Staff was very helpful and kind. The flavoured waters at the reception desk were fantastic — specially when coming from the walks around town. All great.

Very clean Hotel, well located and staff very attentive. It is not in the center of the city but a few meters you have a metro stop so you can move around and is also close to the bus station to be able to go to the beaches. The rooms are small, but enough for two people, and the furniture is simple, minimal and functional (what bothered me most is the wardrobe was very small and did not reach to two people, that is to say, that during the stay of our clothing was in sight, bent on the table and on a bench at the side of the bed because we didn't have in the wardrobe). The best bathroom, new, clean, bright… and the beds are supercómodas. The truth is that we slept very well. The air conditioning works perfectly. It is worth paying for the breakfast, although we found it basic, it is all of very good quality and there was not a thing that we didn't like. Without a doubt, I would repeat in the same hotel.

The locker room toilet in general all very small that you can not move from one site to another if you're carrying large suitcases is not intended for long stays the rooms are to hear of each other are connected by a door. And the aircraft pass close to the hotel and also hear when they pass. Only put two towels. And the parking is during the day open, and you can access who you want and there is no warden only there are no cameras. In our opinion, would look at other options.

Great location near the blue line of the Metro. Small but comfortable rooms. Very comfortable beds. Covered parking. I would have preferred some extra space to fix my suitcases. Great though far from the center.

Good quality price! The room was not that great but it had everything you need! Clean and cozy! 24su24 Reception, ditto the restaurant. The neighborhood is a little nondescript but the Metro stop is very close, Blue Line, in a couple of stops you are in the center without having to make changes.

My stay was very pleasant, the room was spacious and above all very comfortable and clean, the breakfast had lots of variety, and in general it was all very good. Without a doubt, when I return to Lisbon I stay there. I recommend it 100%.

The staff was excellent: friendly, open and helpful. The bed was really comfortable, the room & bathroom clean and sufficient. But it is not enough when the owner promises soundproofness of the room and one can hear at night the engine of the lift, doors slamming (seals/rubbers are not that expensive! ), moving the chairs at the neighbour's rooms or drunk tourists at the hall at night after their visit in the city.

Staff very friendly, room large and comfortable, bathroom not so big but functional; Great breakfast and plenty of stuff. Great value for money. I add that I had booked and paid for seven nights, but after four I had to restart; I asked if I could repay something for the three nights that I would not use and they refunded the full amount. From now on when I have to go to Lisbon I will always choose this hotel.

We did not find value for money at all. The rooms were extremely small and the food was below satisfaction. There was no water or kettle for tea in the rooms, which is generally a basic amenity. The staff was friendly and helpful, but other than that the experience was below satisfaction.

Quality Price Match.

Overall positive experience. Rooms a little cramped and poorly equipped: we had need to have more hooks to hang clothes/jackets Also in the walls, as well as in the wardrobes.
Also, it would have been more convenient to have some drawer and some more shelf, in which to support objects.
Also, we were in 2 with room reservation with double bed plus an extra bed equipped with new bedding… but I didn't see the third bed.
Also, since we were in two people, it would have been helpful to have at least 2 chairs (one each) and not just one as we found in the room. One more chair allowed us to put on clothes.
Also, it would have been useful to have choice between sheet and duvet, instead there was only duvet.
Very positive everything else: the hotel, the service, the cleanliness in the rooms, the kindness and availability of all the staff at the reception; We also tried the restaurant and the food was good.
We know the Ibis hotels well and for us they are guarantee of quality. But maybe better equip the rooms with more useful accessories to the convenience of the customers.

An excellent value for money. The room was clean and was comfortable and comfortable, very nice staff and parking in the very comfortable hotel. A little away from the Center but with a metro station very close.

The hotel is clean and well designed despite the fact that there is no breakfast included and the small room space. However, this is one of the best choices I can make in this price range.

There is a locked door in the wall between rooms so u can forget about soundproof. I had the worst experience of sleeping because of the guests next room were talking and laughing until 3 AM and I had to listen to their noise as if they were in the same room! I can promise I wont be staying in IBIS for rest of my life.

A good hotel, small rooms but modern and clean and a good treatment of the staff, very good location, I highly recommend it.

The same Ibis standard as everywhere, good clean rooms, friendly and professional staff, good location very close to the Metro (Praça da Espanha) which can get you busiest areas of Lisbon such as Roxio, Restauradores or Caes do Sodre in 10 minutes. Breakfast is the traditional continental breakfast which offers a good variety including the famous Pateis de Belem.

Clean hotel with free Wi-Fi and friendly staff. But not many shops and shops in the area.

The Hotel overall is good. Good and organized Staff, the room is clean, free Wi-Fi but if you want a faster connection you have to pay, AC available, the first and second floor are available for people with smoking habit. The downside it's I think the breakfast choice could have more things it's no bad but I would like more variety and there's no pool available.

Similar ibis experience. Staff was ok. Location was great because just next door was the stop for the hop on hop off bus. However not many local restaurants.

Acceptable clean hotel without animals.

Located in the outer suburbs of Lisbon. Public transport and supermarkets are nearby. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby area, the rooms subject to a charge. Breakfast is OK and some with regional specialities. The hotel staff are very friendly and try any problems to solve quickly and without hassle. The prices at the bar as always in ibis usual expensive. The walls are partly very thin, so that one sometimes gets with the activities in the neighbouring rooms. Nice big bathroom with radio hair dryer.

A little simplon but okay.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, room was clean, quiet and the air conditioning worked very well, down side is only the Wi-Fi in the lobby is free, in the rooms it costs 20 Euros per 24 hour period. We have stayed here many times in the past five years, the location is very good.
