Very helpful, don't be fooled by the building that hosts it. The rooms are well furnished and functional. Good breakfast.

Second floor and no elevator Nice and clean room but very very small. There is no room for big luggage. The bathroom is also very small. The walls are so thin you can even hear what people from the other room are talking. We can t sleep in the morning because breakfast was served right behind our room and everything was so noisy. Not so close to the city center. 4 metro stations away.

Spent two nights in Silk Lisbon (room 203) and were really excited. The hotel is quite quiet away from the city centre and it is relatively quiet. Metro stations There are three pieces in the area perfect to get anywhere.
Our room was as new and very stylishly furnished what we liked the most. Everything is very clean and well maintained.
Breakfast was small but good.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful we had to get to the airport very early and it was made us extra a breakfast as well as a taxi organized. Super!

I walked away just for one night, the owner who is called White catered excellently well, very friendly and warm. The room has a good size and the bed is very good. In the morning breakfast is plentiful being able to choose to eat sweet and salty things, so the price is more than fine. Nice décor. There is no elevator as the building is old. It is located on the third floor of the building and inside it is totally different from what you see on the outside.

Looked on the internet seemed like a good deal quality price. And so it was.

The place well (very clean, well connected …) … the beds harsh … not suitable for delicate backs.

Clean, good location, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had a good though not huge selection. Some of the staff do not speak much English but most do. They also speak many other languages, like French. Good Wi-Fi.
