Just got back from an excellent 6 days stay at this hotel in Lisbon. Staff were friendly and efficient. Buffet breakfast was good. Hotel round the corner from the metro, buses and museum. A wonderful break and would recommend this hotel.

Good and frendly staff close to public transport a lot of good coffee shops good restaurants close to the big zoo and a great Park with art gallery mueseem big rooms nice bathroom and the price is right for a night in Lisbon.

Very good hotel. The staff made efforts to speak French. The hotel is well located to visit Lisbon. Metro station 5 minutes from the hotel.

The location is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It would not hurt to upgrade the rooms, but it was completely dilapidated.

The breakfast is very basic and the bread was not fresh! One of the Concierges made all efforts to find me a taxi in a rainy and caothic day in Lisbon!

The rooms are dated and cold as the windows are not sealed properly. The shower is good. The Portuguese buffet was basic. The staff were helpful and the hotel is in a good location. The place would be much nicer if the rooms were updated.

It is a nice hotel, very well located, the rooms are spacious and clean but the welcome we booked a receptionist, a young blonde lady was icy and military, this person does not like tourists, she should change trades, does not give Want to go back to your hotel.

We were well received, the room was warm, breakfast more than OK. They also offer a very nice romantic dinner for Valentine's Day, we loved it.

Stayed 4 nights, everything you need for a city trip. Metro station right around the corner. Can recommend!

The location was very good. The ground floor is pretty and pretty chic; We see that this has been renovated. On the other hand, this is not yet the case for rooms that are not modern and there is a problem of insulation side windows (let the cold and noise), but fortunately there are big curtains to alleviate a little that. Otherwise, these rooms are very spacious and comfortable with an oversized bed!
On the other hand, very disappointed by the poor quality breakfast; This is mainly why I put a note of 3 *.

Hotel at QQ meters from Metro Parque Station, very convenient to reach the centre of Lisbon. Good breakfast Hotel well in its large spacious rooms.

I don't recommend it. The hotel hosts tour groups, skimpy and monotonous breakfasts, air conditioning and rooms killed. The only plus is the convenient location.

The hotel is well located. Large rooms and very comfortable beds.

Very enjoyable space, the bar/restaurant is very nice. The Brunch is good but you have to reserve some days before because has a lot of demand. This review evaluates the restaurant/bar and facilities of the Hotel, as a local never used the rooms.

During check-in, we were told that breakfast was included. Upon check-out, we found out that we were charged for it. Receptionist was less than friendly when we inquired and was only told that he would "let the other guy know. " It was their mistake and should've worked to fix it.

Great beds and large and clean rooms. City centre with taxi 6 euro. Breakfast unfortunately minus points. Coffee from the vending machine very poor, it is sluggish to not even replenished and unfriendly service staff. Pity this is the only point of criticism.

Hi booked this 4 stars hotel for my mum for 2 nights full board for 2 nights, with check in on Christmas eve. No internet on the bedrooms even I phone the hotel before I booked asking if was internet on the bedrooms, what I was told that was internet on the bedrooms. Worse then no internet on the bedrooms was the heating wasn't working and my mum need stay on the bed for the 2 full days as the bedrooms was like a walking fridge. Even after she complained at reception nothing was done about. My mum is 80 years old woman and that was a very bad experience, especial at Christmas day. The management of this hotel should be ashamed of himself, for selling bedrooms in the winter time with no heating.

Just disappointed how do they get the 4 *?
No place advice to visit where to eat. Refused to take our request to have an evening taxi call for the next morning. In the morning, 2nd refusal, and, while it was raining, we were told that we had to go down to the end of the street to take the taxi…
At first look it looks good, but it is better not to look too close. For example, the shower curtain for the bathtub, did not perforate to pass the passers of the rod, the holes are made to the snatch, the seams poorly made and threads hang. Don't like the hot water.

It's a very good place … near the city center. Bus and tram close to the hotel. In the same way the food quality is marvelous. However the Wi-Fi is very slow inside the rooms compared to the lobby Wi-Fi.

I do not put a 5 because the staff in general did not look like a 4 star (at least in Spain) little organized, they wanted to remove the dishes without having finished them and things like that. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very nice and the staff were very helpful.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Of them the only thing I do not like is that in the shower there is curtain instead of screen. The breakfast is quite complete and the dinners if you go half board consist of a different buffet every day with typical Portuguese dishes.

The hotel was very good. Very comfortable beds. To repeat.

You will be quite comfortable apartments. They are located near the English court and next to a metro station and in 15 minutes you are in the historic center if you go by Metro. Very good attention. Sovretodo of Katerina the girl of disappointment.

Really good services. Big room with king size bed. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast is very tastefull, with diverce food and fruits.

Hotel OK! Nothing unusual or extra ordinary. Good complimentary breakfast, big rooms. Good location — close to Metro, bus and major streets. Building is older one and service as not as we expect, but we are not picky. But not too bad. We got what we expected for our money.

This is not a four star hotel. All extras are extremely limited. The bed was comfortable and room clean every day. But this was for me a two maybe three star hotel at best. When I checked in there were no towels, no toiletries, no mini bar as advertised. These all started appearing during my stay. When I opened the toothbrush box it was actually empty. Very odd. So if it was lower stars and cheaper I would have rated or higher. The bar staff were particularly nice. Front of house staff ok. It was an ok location.

I must gave this hotel a ZERO star. Had a very very horrible experience. First, the room is not clean, the carpet is dirty (in the picture), even the bed sheet is not washed properly, I found a big dirt mark when I moved pillow! There are no kettle, no tooth brush, no tooth paste, you have to pay 2 Euro to drink the small bottled water in the room (things you think a hotel should have, it always not available in this hotel). IN ADDITION! The cheap shower gel just give me small red spot (in the pic) on my skin and make me itch. The shower head is cracked, the service is bad, staff is very unhelpful. The Worst hotel I have ever been.

Nice but no reception in Italian.

It is a very clean hotel with a beautiful and very furnished breakfast. The staff are very nice and inform us easily with practical advice. It's quiet and cool with air conditioning. Large bathroom, organic soap. With the big curtains the room is totally dark in the morning to sleep after sunrise. You can eat at the hotel's Bar (Burger house) and consume hot drinks and alcohol. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and the Corte Ingles. The only things to complain would be that the beds are a bit old but it passes, it would not have had to be less comfortable, it was the limit and the decor is a little outdated but it is very sober so not disturbing.

A bit of a walk to the sights but great hotel. Staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. Conveniently located near the metro station for access to the airport and lower part of Lusbon.

It's a very nice hotel with very good oriented rooms. I have been leaving for 15 days last March. I was in town for Erasmus Program and the staff was great. One negative thing about service is, they don't change the towels regularly.

Not a new hotel but if you like small (well, they got a lot of rooms but still you feel like a family hotel), comfortable accommodations and kind staff this is a good choice. By location it's perfect in Lisbon close to the center in a nice quiet area on the top of a small hill. Versatile size and types of rooms available recommended to ask the rooms on thetop floors because of the view. Breakfasts are good what I just missing is the changed dishes in it as the very same things available all the time.

Hotel a little dated and genuinely dirty for a four star! Hair in the bathroom is not a nice business card. Breakfast OK.

Awful experience. We sold and took a triple room and we stayed in a double (2 beds) with an old, narrow, short, extra bed with sunken mattress. The answer you gave to our complaint was that they offered us a single room to accommodate the 3rd person, making us a 10% discount, there where we had already paid a triple (shame! ). When you request a room for 3 people, on their website, they effectively confirm a triple, at any time they say it's a double with extra bed (if it had been comfortable, we had formed, but the end result was that we had to sleep 2 people in one of the beds because you couldn't sleep an adult in any way in the extra). They recognized that they had to modify esto on their website but they failed to have any detail to try to compensate for our discontent with us (charged us up to €5 2 phone calls made from the room). The staff very unpleasant, very unprofessional. This situation is not a 4 star hotel. On the other hand, dirty, opaque crystals due to lack of cleaning, carpet stains, hard, old mattresses and noisy beds to the slightest movement, breakfast exactly equal each day, broken safe, etc… Totally inadvisable.

Nice hotel, the rooms are not the newest but it is very nice and the service is very good.

Hotel reserved in advance for a good rate. Although he deserves a drink, the hotel is very well placed, right next to the metro (10 minutes to get in the Center), the rooms spacious and clean. We had a very good stay.

Very large room with many facilities: hotel location very convenient for walking to the nearest stop, the Parque and at the same time far from the bustle of downtown Lisbon.

Lovely room but a tad noisy from air con units lower down. Lovely bar and cake shop. Breakfast lounge was a bit hectic at times. Good underground car park. About 20 minutes walk to city centre. Huge shopping centr El Corte Ingles was just around the corner with loads of restaurants and a metro station.

I was surprised that this was a 4 star hotel. We had dirty carpet in our room, some lights that didn't work or were broken and a bathroom with a horrible smell of poo. They only pimped the lobby, but forgot that they had rooms too! The service was incomplete, as they didn't gave us information about breakfast, internet, facilities etc. The location was nice, near the Sao Sebastiao metrostation and El Corte Ingles.
