Convenient semi-central location in residential area, at the terminus of the red line of the subway that comes from the airport and along the blue line that leads into the heart of the city.
Bedrooms and extensive amenities, friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast with wide choice both sweet and salty.
In the lack of a real espresso and eggs not available even as extra and water in the fridge in the room.

Lovely clean hotel in a quiet part of town, near to transport links. We had everything we needed, breakfast was great, rooms great, very comfortable beds. Staff helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

A good hotel with no special luxury but comfortable: large room, good beds and shower, elevator and bar. A decent breakfast buffet. Hotel at 100m from the Metro to the Centre (blue Line).

It's okay. For me but not a 4 star hotel. Bed good but in the bathroom no heating and that at outside temperatures of 10 degrees not sufficient. Metro directly at the hotel.

Value for money correct. Ideal location to visit Lisbon. Quiet area, subway station at the foot of the hotel, many restaurants in the vicinity.

The location of the hotel is okay right next to the metro. However, also exactly in the flight track itself no problem if you are a well insulated hotel only unfortunately this is not the case you hear every plane, every car and even everything from the neighbors up and from the side so I absolutely have to be done something with the insulation En! Breakfast was Ansich okay us personally missed the breakfast egg but we could live with it.

Excellent hotel reasonably priced. Very comfortable and clean. Lovely breakfast buffet. Staff friendly and helpful. We can thoroughly recommend it.

Optimal experience.
The hotel is located on a metro exit that comes directly from the airport and a 3-minute walk from the metro leading to the commerce plaza and downtown areas.
The staff are friendly, helpful and who speak italian in part.
Great breakfast, you can also enjoy the "pasteis de belem".

Noisy rooms, poorly insulated with the other rooms. Classic Intercontinental Breakfast, no surprises, but no bad ones either!

I stayed at this hotel with my partner for 4 nights. Arrived at the airport we took the metro line Vermeha (red) with direction Sao Sebastiao. We went down to the terminus and after not even a 5 minute walk we arrived at the hotel. We then found out we had the wrong exit because the Metro stop is right in front of the hotel. The property is not very central, in a quiet residential district surrounded by department stores such as Zadar and El Corte Ingles. It is 10-15 minutes walk from Praça Marques de Pombal, the square from which leaves the avenue Avenida da Libertade, full of hotels and shops. A large is comparable to the Champs Elysees but especially very long ending after about 15-20 minutes walk to Restauradores with the Rossio station, heart of Lisbon. The hotel is furnished in a simple but very welcoming. At the front desk an extremely kind clerk rushes the formalities of check in, and, in reminding him of my report of my fiance's lactose intolerance, confirms that I am aware of it and that it presents the next morning at breakfast. The room was located on the 7th floor (total 8 floors), wide and equipped with all comforts. The only downside: the carpet. The furnishings are certainly not the newest but still well kept.

Good location. The breakfast I liked was very varied. The bad Wi-Fi. They serve you very well. The parking lot to be the size that is is very poorly distributed. In summary ay you improve some things but pretty well and with reference to the regular price.

Not a lot of variety at breakfast but enough to meet the needs, let's go for us super well. One thing that happened to me is that I take lactose-free milk, I asked and there was, but sooner the one who attended me in the dining room I wonder how long I was and from there I did not lack my lechesuper attentive. Metro stop in front of the hotel.
The truth is that if I go back to Lisbon I will return to the same hotel, thank you very much for the days of stay there.

Situated in a quiet residential street, the hotel offers a pleasant lobby and bar which serves good value if simple snacks. Rooms are clean, on the small side with efficient showers. Staff are friendly. Breakfasts are very good ;plenty of freshly baked bread;delicious fruit salad prepared each day; the famous custard tarts;juices taste little strange. A good base from which to enjoy this lovely city.

Nice hotel with a very good location. It is 3 min away in foot from a big mall El Corte Inglês. There is a subway station just in from of it which makes easy and quick to locomote to the main touristic points and areas of the city. Another important thing to mention is that the subway line in front of the hotel ends up directly at Lisboa airport.

Perfectly serviceable. Smallish rooms, but the beds are comfortable and everything is clean. Breakfast is excellent with lots of freshly cut fruit.

Good location and friendly staff help make thus hotel something surprisingly special. Nice decor and simple but clean and comfortable rooms. Our room was on the street facing side and the noise was fairly minimal. Overall a good place where I would happily stay again.

Very nice and clean small hotel just across from the Sao Sebastiao metro station with easy access from the Airport and to the city centre.

Good hotel quality / price.
The hotel is very well care, the rooms are very silent and rest to the thousand wonders. Very friendly staff, help you with your luggage, make you tourist guide on the map and you can get breakfast room free!.
Another point to please is that is in a zone that is very easy parking and, in our case were in car, it thanked a lot. That Yes, is type zone blue / green of parking but give enough freedom time at the time of pay.
