Nice hotel but very little heated to.

I don't advise anyone requetemalisimo.

Clean, but in the years come furniture, bed with new mattresses.

Provided what we needed. Rooms were small. Beds not the best but what would one expect for the price. Staff friendly and hotel well kept as its an old building. We only slept at the hotel as we left early morning and returned late at night. Would have loved a kettle in the room.

Small bedroom, swimming pool with a view to the neighboring buildings, breakfast alright.

Very average Hotel. Low quality Buffet.

Rooms well, The despairing elevators, the buffet to have a small dining room is monotonous and chaotic, the breakfast if you want toasted you have to get up early it would not go bad another toaster, it has good situation of the commercial area and besides it is quiet, has Wi-Fi Free and going well.

Well located Hotel and well in general lines.

No air con as advertised. Beds uncomfortable, pillows cut up lumpy bits of foam as a filling! Reception area and bar really attractive, but rooms very shabby! Moved from hotel after one night! Staff friendly, but recommend you don't stay here.

Correct hotel. Good service. Situated near the center of the town.

Pros: Very good services, comfy rooms, good hygiene, staff is friendly, polite and speaks English, free parking just outside the hotel. Excellent served dinner, especially for people with big appetite. Buffet dinner is alright. Good view at front. Windows can slide open for fresh air! Very reasonable priced. Cons: Not every rooms have refrigerator, no vault for safe stowage, (Take care of your belongings​. Opportunity makes the thief) simple breakfast. Back view no so good, except high floors. Hotel Cristal Caldas is recommended!

Good service and good food. Good relationship quality price but without any luxury. And no Wi-Fi in the rooms.

The hotel is not new, we were given a room with two beds instead of in a marriage. Then they have no Wi-Fi in the rooms and at the reception just had signal making us walking from one side to another in search of signal as bobos. All by 60e too expensive.

Stayed in mid March 2011. A hotel of 2 halves. Reception and main areas very smart and well maintained. Rooms on the other hand, were a bit grubby looking, mattress was in shreds (but oddly very comfortable). Bathroom had been renovated but room furniture was showing its age. I suppose for the money (40€) inc breakfast, not too bad, breakfast was very nice and good choice. English speaking staff were very helpful. V fast internet access free of charge in reception area. 6 /10 at the price.
