Outdated furniture but friendly staff. Breakfast was ok although I was expecting a larger variety of fruits. The hotel parking was full but there is a safe parking nearby (100m).

It's a nice place to be based while you explore the Algarve region. They have their own parking garage.

For the price and location is great, but besides all being very old, the mattresses are very bad and the shower fatal. Would I go again? Only if I go very bad money.

A little bit of young would be desirable.

This hotel has a price and a location. Of course, you have to cut corners on comfort.

Nice and clean appartment. Breakfast is very good too! There is a free parking lot at the other side of the road. Would visit this hotel again if I had to.

I was in this structure for 3 days, although dated in the furnishings and services (bathroom) everything worked perfectly. The Staff was very nice and the manager was very helpful and we had a great breakfast. I think that these facilities should be rewarded as they offer with an incredibly low price the opportunity to visit the wonderful Lagos to all travelers. Thanks:)

Good three star hotel very good staff shame the room internet is not good it is first class in the reception area.

I found it outdated. I felt that they wanted to only give one Wi-Fi code per device and as I used two devices when I travel I wasn't sure if they wanted to charge me to use my second device. As a woman alone the walk at night from the main part of town didn't feel safe space I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are travelling as a solo female. Nice staff. Key is on big heavy clunky keychain, which is a little annoying to carry around all day.

Old, dark, not very clean. But decent breakfast and main argument, the low price.

Okay low budget hotel, reasonably maintained. Friendly service. Roadside and garage parking available. Little stairs, so not suitable for wheelchairs and people with walking problems etc.

For the price is not bad but equal better pay something more.

Made our holiday better un pestered room cleaned and towels changed daily highly recommend.

The most expensive hotel is almost in the tsntre. Great breakfast.

Relatively centrally located accommodation. The historic center is 10 minutes on foot. The nearest beach is also within 10 minutes walking distance. Room and bathroom big enough. Everything you need, including balcony with appropriate furniture. The decor seems from the 80s. Beds are not very comfortable. In the bathroom and in the hand and shower towels were found hair from the predecessor! The water temperature can be regulated very badly! This increases the water consumption while showering! Wi-Fi in the room is extra charged. Free of charge only near the reception. For Portuguese standards still relatively large selection at breakfast.

Cheap, 22 euros via booking, x night. Clean, international classic breakfast. Underground parking and hotel close to the center and the most beautiful beaches of Lagos. Room 209, quiet and functional corner room.

Hotel with a very good value for money and a breakfast buffet everything was OK.

Clean room, well located for access to the beaches of the area. But small enough.
The location was very good. Quite dilapidated furniture and parking paying €5 a day.

We have been here for three days, and honestly, before we came, I wanted to change hotels because of the negative reviews. Glad I didn't. Givem this is a three star hotel, the only negative I can agree to is the lack of variety for the continental breakfast. The rolls change daily, but one only has the choice between a local sort of salami (chorizo) and something that resembles ham. They serve fruit out of a can, though fruit here is REALLY cheap. They could really do better by throwing out a few bananas, oranges, and cantaloupe or other easy options. Otherwise, the rooms and hotel are clean. At breakfast, the crumbs from the floor are promptly swept away. In the rooms, I can confirm there are a meager 3 electrical outlets (1 of those in the bathroom). The matresses aren't particularly new, but speaking as a person with back/joint problems, I have slept on worse matresses. If you expect newly remodeled, modern, or luxury, look for a four or five star hotel. Hotel Montmar is, in my opinion a super friendly, clean hotel that is at the top of the three stars they have.

The Hotel was very clean. Location just outside the center, nearby free parking.

The worst of the worst. Really nothing positive to report.

Although one cannot expect a suite for the price, we were astonished how old the furniture and bathroom are (at least 50 y. O. ). Very ugly old taps that already lost their color! In addition the canalization is outside of the walls, incredible such conditions in Europe! The buffet breakfast was very poor, only one sort of cheese and of ham. No fresh fruit, (can fruit salad instead) although fruit in Portugal is very cheap! No healthy cereal, no eggs and miserable orange juice. Only one employee serving breakfast every day, so that we had to clean up the table ourselves. Wi-Fi only available near the reception. No help from the hotel staff to do online check-in! We will for sure never go back. The only positive aspect is the parking facility, but it doesn't belong to the hotel.

Lovely convenient place for a short stay, wonderful breakfast selection; clean rooms.

Room of at least decent proportions, air conditioning, terrace, comfortable shower. There is the essential for the rest would need a makeover. Do not enter the garage, it is a trap and you risk scarring your car. Near city center and Riverside, beside free public parking.

Clean, good location, friendly staffs and good price.

Although furnished in an antiquated way the service is sufficient scarce are the bathroom amenities.

In general taking into account quality and price not this nothing wrong, if what you want is a hotel to visit lagos and surroundings that is centrally located and close to all this is your hotel.
