Just coming to the end of our stay here and I'm gutted to be going home. I changed my holiday from menorca to Portugal due to menorca being on the amber list. I went for the cheapest option so in all honesty wasn't expecting much, but we just needed a break away (it's our honeymoon that we have been trying to have for 3 years, lol). Well I don't know where to begin, the apartment was lovely and so clean and kept clean throughout the stay, it had everything we needed. Great views of the pool and sea. Reception staff are really helpful too. The buffet food (we stayed half board) was absolutely amazing and had such a range of food that there is something for everyone. I have never seen employees work so hard, they just didn't stop, clearing tables and cleaning them and the seats so people always had somewhere to sit even when it was busy. The pool is gorgeous and there was always enough sunbeds for everyone, there is a little bar too for drinks and ice-cream which coat wise was really good. This hotel is absolute value for money and we will be back. Thank you Be Smart Terrace Algarve for such an amazing stay. Xxx.
➜ The hotel for calling it in some way … is in deplorable condition, it is unhealthy to stay there, not to name the staff who run the "hotel". All very old and dirty, cleaners entering and leaving the rooms when it seems to them and thus profit from the other's goods of tourists. I do not recommend this hotel at all of course because it does not pass the conditions for your stay according to the law and I will take care of making the relevant complaint to the authorities to do so. Of course, the protocol to cov 19 must not be said that they do not comply with it at all. Not recommended!
