With the money I paid I wasn’t impressed as I paid €1, 470 for me and my 1 year old for the week, I stayed at Bloco C number 3. It wasn’t advertised that it was a private let and that I would have to pick the keys up 30 minutes away walking and couldn’t leave me bags anywhere until check in at 2pm, I queried this and they said that someone could then meet at the apartment at 3pm to save me walking down with a pram, bags etc but they didn’t show I then contacted the number I was given and the person didn’t speak English, then someone contacted me after I emailed and said they had left the keys under the mat at the front door, So obviously I could have checked in earlier as I had to hang about for 10.30am, they didn’t tell me where to leave the keys back to so I left them back under the mat as I was leaving early. There was cracks around the edging do the bath so ants were coming out of there, the toilet didn’t flush half the time I had to fill it up with water to get it to go. They only left 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels so I had to put a wash in every day. The back window did not close so we couldn’t sleep in there even though it was the room with the double bed. Some of the wardrobe doors do not close tight which is not good when you have a toddler with you. The cooker was gas and there was no lighter, there is also no bottle opener. There was only 2 1/2 rolls of toilet roll left for the whole week. Plug beside mirror in the bathroom doesn’t work.
