Real nice place… its the 3rd consecutive time I have stayed here for a week in june over my birthday. I was surprised 12.00 noon a knock on the door, the hotel brought me complementary wine and birthday cake. They do care and try to make your holiday perfect.

I loved both the hotel very good cleanliness as the same employees, all very nice above all I think I was in charge apart from nice very helpful, very happy and very satisfied to have chosen this hotel, I would choose it again every time I come back. Excellent.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever been in, I would recommend a stay here, I will be back again. Everything 100% well done to all the staff.

Great indoor (too cold heating can't be working) a spa, sauna and large clean outdoor pool. Lovely foyer, friendly staff, parking is free and the main food shopping strips an easy walk.

Its a very nice and charming hotel. The staff is very polite and I loved the decoration! Really well located. They had a bus service that took me down town during summer, that was always available. Very pleasant stay!

By North American standards, this would be a three star hotel. The beds are hard, and small. Amenities are sparse. This is not the hotel for anyone who has mobility issues. The staff are cheerful and try their best.

Friendly staff. Pool area small as it is used by 2 hotels. Very clean. Hard to get taxis at the best of times.

Good clean hotel well placed between the strip and the old town. Plenty of places within walking distance to eat and drink.

It's a lovely place within short walking distance to the ocean just like many shops, restaurants, bars. Staff are nice and helpful. Although, I didn't have much interaction with them as a prefer to have my privacy which they respected and I liked that. Compared to 4 star hotels in Switzerland or elsewhere in Western Europe, I would say, it's a strong 3.5 star.

We have really enjoyed our stay here at Luna. Spacious clean apartments with everything you would need for self catering. Good air con, towels changed and room cleaned daily. Lovely pool area, gym, steam room, salon and beauty parlour. The staff were friendly and very accommodating especially Maria and Marcell some of the others could perhaps not so much but over all very good. We would definitely book to stay here again… Thank you Luna da Oura.

Nice hotel. Looks a bit run down from the outside but our room was lovely, spacious and clean. Real king size bed — this is unusual in Portugal who usually just push two singles together. Only disappointment was the bathroom which was dimly lit, dated and the bath filled with water as you are showering. Otherwise, lovely. Xx.

Fabulous hotel off the strip but close enough for the action as well. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Gym and spa facilities available, late night bar and a shared pool. Some really nice restaurants if you turn left out of the hotel if you fancy a quiet night instead.

Luna hotel da oura is very clean, duplex room is spacious with 2 balcony's. Everyone working here is friendly and it is only a 5 minute walk to the strip which is great for restaurants and bars. The old town is a 15 minute walk the opposite way.

A little dated and tired but clean and comfortable. A/C was very effective. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. Food poor but apartment was just right. The pool and gym facilities are good but bar and food were poor. There's plenty of alternatives nearby so this isn't an issue. I'd advice against paying for half board etc. Not worth it. Staff seemed helpful but somewhat detached. I would stay here again but I would arrive expecting the apartment experience rather than the hotel experience.

It's all pretty good. It has a good gym and the indoor pool and the children's area very well. Share these services with another apartment block. If you fill the occupation of both the outdoor pool which is very well would be crowded. The very good deal. But the cleaning is fatal. They change the towels and little else. We dirty little but the water there is k clean the same.

Great hotel. Centrally located near the Strip. Staff are friendly and helpful always. The hotel has great rooms — stayed in 131 — an apartment with a small kitchen which is great for longer stays. The supermarket is across the road. Bars and cafes close by. Very nice. Newly renovated spa facilities. Jacuzzi swimming pool sauna and steam. Just perfect. Recommend.

We had an amazing time in albufeira. We enjoyed staying here. Bruno Sousa At reception was a very nice a nd helpful host. She was very Quick to reply and helped us out throughout our stay. All the staff was also very welcoming. Thanks a lot.
