Waiting on my refund from the hotel over a month now! Was told 4 weeks ago my refund was going to be processed and be with be shortly. It’s been over a month now and they’ve stopped replying to my emails now. Absolute disgrace.

Stayed here twice now and love the place location is central to old and new strips it's spotless cleaners are in your room everyday cleaning and changing towels the pools are lovely and if the outdoor one is a little cold the indoor is perfect with a jacuzzi side of it I wouldn't esitate coming back year year after year 10 out of 10

Rooms clean but vary in size according to the location in the building. Booked with two other couples who got the same layout rooms (very nice with comfortable beds) we got a studio room with a long hallway due to the adjoining staircase. Bed had a mattress that would only resemble something that you would see on a camping trip. When we asked management for something better we were fobbed off with a list of excuses, I have tried too have something done for two days but to no avail, very unhelpful. Will not be back again and definitely would not be recommending to anyone else.

Very clean and very nice staff. Close to the old center and on a street with some restaurants, shops and small shopping mall. Great starting point if you have a car to get around.

The staff are really nice and helpful. The restaurant at the pool serves delicious food and Edwardo is lovely. Now for the down side… the apartments are very dated, the air conditioning is not great, they definitely need more sun loungers at the pool. There's a sign saying not to leave your towels on the sun loungers… but guess what people go off for hours for lunch or shopping or whatever and leave their towels and it's really not fair on others. Although I had a lovely holiday I won't be staying in these apartments again.

It was a really lovely hotel / apartment, Staff were so nice and very helpful, my Friend and I really love the place, it was our fourth time to stay there, 100% in everything …

This was my second stay at Ondamar. Highly recommend it. Rooms are a very good size, we went self-catering so the rooms were equipped with oven and grill, hob cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and utensils. Room was cleaned daily. Had a nice balcony with pool view. Pool area is very nice, spacious and clean with a bar serving drinks and snacks throughout the day. Hotel is within walking distance to local shops, bars and beaches. I found it very helpful that with a late flight you can still enjoy a full day at the pool as there are shower facilities in their health club that you can use even after you've checked out. Staff will provide you with a towel and toiletries if needed. Also storage for baggage whilst you wait to go to the airport. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Wi-Fi available for a reasonable price also. Will definitely return to Ondamar again.

Nice hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Not a 4* hotel maybe a 3* but you do get what you pay for. Very large rooms, not very suitable for kids. João from reception was super friendly and helpful. Just a shame you get your usual scumbags doing their stag parties and behaving like animals. All per all was a pleasant stay.

Room 0002 never has natural sunlight. The apartments have no sound deadening therefore every footstep from surrounding apartments is amplified. The restaurant has no atmosphere. The chef should be commended for managing to remove all flavour, texture and colour from monk fish wrapped in bacon. When we requested the wine list we were told there is red or white. The reception staff go out of their way to appear helpful. The cleaning staff are superb. The cleanliness of the apartment is joy.

Beautiful apt two outdoor pools and one indoor pool.

Rooms are dated and could do with more than 1 chair also the mattress was very uncomfortable and the bed was attached to the wall. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Superb hotel it's the 3rd time we go we go back in April we can't wait.

Big rooms. Very specious. Nice facilities.

Great 2 bedroom apartment, with kitchen, two bathrooms and view to the swimming pool. Air conditioners nice and new. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Appliances could be replaced such as dishwasher and stove. The only problem is the Wi-Fi that you have to pay to have it in the room (€20, 00 per week).

Excellent accommodation and pool. Great staff at the pool bar. Very spacious rooms.

Positive points. Location is good, bedroom spacious, nice and clean swimming pool and friendly staff. Negative points. Very uncomfortable bed and bad pillows, old style not that cozy, air conditioning not work proper and room service were very poor.

Excellent hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel spotless. Fresh towels everyday. Bed linen changed second day. Go there again.

Situated in a great place for the strip a bit of a walk to the beach.

A few years ago we had a very pleasant stay at this property. I am pleased to note that very good marks are given to him, which was the case with us and our friends. We had only the maximum of stars to grant him, more not being possible, and we were sorry.

Great location spotless apartment staff very helpful/friendly no complaints of course great weather too.

Had an excellent holiday at the Ondamar, stayed last year in April, and booked to return this year in April too, fab hotel, excellent location, staff very helpful, rooms very clean, and comfortable, would highly recommend,
