  This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that 25% of the total reservation amount will be charged on the day of booking, via bank transfer or Paypal. The remaining amount must be paid up to 30 days before arrival, also by bank transfer or Paypal. Please note that payments via Paypal will incur in an extra fee. Please note that a security deposit between EUR 200 and EUR 750 (depending on the property) will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the unit and if check-out takes place between 9:30 and 11:00. If check-out takes place before 9:30, the amount will be refunded until two weeks after your departure by bank transfer. Please note that all credit card payments are subject to a 1,65% extra charge. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals from 19:00 to 00:00 and EUR 60 from 00:00 onwards. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
