5th time I've been here. Absolutely love it. Accommodation 5star and the staff so friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing time whilst staying at Eden Resort. We stayed in a 2bed villa and it was very spacious. The resort is so peaceful. After the past few months, we just wanted time to relax and make memories with our children and we definitely did that here. The staff are so friendly and polite, they just want to make sure you have a good time.
My daughters especially enjoyed the aqua park which is fantastic for children. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, they are all as much as they are super nice super helpful smiling welcoming. I highly recommend, we spend 15 superb days! Thanks to the whole team.

The staff make the resort and the holiday first class. Super b accommodation, good bars, good layout of the grounds and the bus into town excellent I can't speak highly enough of Eden Resort and will be going back as soon as I can.

We have been here now for the last 4 years and it never fails to amaze us, the staff are so kind and helpful especially heleno on on the bar, eden is set in its own beautiful grounds and very well maintained we always book a villa but I have heard from other guests that the apartments are spacious and well decorated overall a great place.

We came here October 2017 and loved it just booked to come back October this year year can't wait to see new buildings great villas huge with everything you need great pools great food and helpful staff see ya in October x.

Beautiful, clean, friendly staff, fresh food all the amenities you will ever need, perfect for couples, singles and families. Had a great stay.

Great helpful staff, accommodation superb, love the free transport on the hour also the little shop. The leisure centre is amazing with the offer of free towels, the whole place is spotless, our second time here and it just gets better, thank you one and all.

Just returned home from a family holiday, had a fantastic time villas were so spacious and well equipped & spotlessly clean. All the staff were really friendly even after working such long hours. The food was really good had a excellent selection every day. The entertainment team were great kept us all entertained not just the kids. Only thing is wish the pool had been heated.

Great family resort, villa was very spacious, all day entertainment. Gareth, Soraia, Ellee were a great team and got everybody involved. Food and drinks were good, only complaints were pool was freezing however warmed up last few days and bed was very hard.
We had a great holiday.

What a lovely resort, our apartment was amazing loved every second of being here, loved the adult pool, staff were lovely and helpful, bar was amazing too, all in all a 5* rating and we can’t wait to come back.

Had a lovely time at eden resort. The staff are fantastic. The villas are superb so big we were in 163 a 3 bed villa but we have also stayed in 145 2 bed villa both villas are great with your own little garden to sunbathe in if you want privacy. We went all inclusive both times the food is one off the best I have ever had. Fernando the waiter is lovely in the restraunt always happy and smiling. The lovely bartender cant remember his name always knows your drinks to. This is a gem of a place cant wait till may to go back.

The resort is very nice and staff are very helpful. There are 5 pools, 4 family pools and one for adults only. The resort itself is slightly outside Albufeira. So if you haven't got food included you will have to walk uphill with your shopping (or use a taxi). The food on offer is catered for the whole family and great for young children. There is no a la cart restaurant on site.

When we first arrived we were met with a warm reception and friendly staff. Our bags were looked after while we ate our dinner. When we finished we back to the reception and we were driven to our room (the pictures above). The driver was very kind and asked me if I wanted to go quick or slow. So me being said quick! As we hurried to our great room I knew this holiday would be good. The food here is a bit on and off some nights the food is brill other night not so great. The one thing I would change is make the poolside snacks available ealier in the day. Other then that great hotel would recommend!

Stayed here for one week in a 2 bedroom villa. Actually villa was luxurious excellent finish, best place I had ever stayed in for a "resort". Places come with dishwasher, maids cleaning 5 times a week. Staff are more then helpful and friendly, always on call. Nice little shop on site for the basics and pools are always clean. Only negatives, its very hilly (the whole town is) and also the fact they tolerate the standard practice of leaving towels on sun loungers and disapeasring for hours upon end.

Spent a week there at the beginning of July. Lovely place, friendliest staff I ever met in Europe. Apartments are clean and spacious. Very modern. Food was good, always had enough to choose from. I loved the coffee from the machine. We were all inclusive and been there for all the meals and it wasn’t repetitive. Pool attendant (ha act like the king of the pool :) ) got us sunbeds even when all of them was full because people place their towels on them every morning… cocktails and beer were ok. What I didn’t like so much is the soft drinks. I think they should serve a bit better brand because it tasted horrible and very sweet. Nothing to do with fruits. I’m sure it would fit in the all inclusive price. Also the plastic cups are not the best choice because of the wind. The only issue we had when we called the reception for a taxi and they told us the taxi will pick us up by our apartments. But no taxi arrived at all and they didn’t give us any explanation. I think it was a misunderstanding between the staff.

We stayed in the Adam & Eve villa with private pool with a family of 7, and 1 toddler, 4 bedrooms 5 bathrooms, and we all had plenty of space and loved the private pool. The villa looked exactly as it did in the photos. Plenty of space on the resort, friendly staff and great food. Would highly recommend, and would definitely revisit.

Just back home to Scotland after spending the most wonderful weeks holiday ive experienced at Eden Resort, with my sister and brother in law Mr & Mrs A. Cooper. Lovely, friendly & helpful staff in all parts of resort. The meals were extremely varied and delicious. (compliments to all kitchen staff). The pool bar was brilliant also and staff genuinely helpful. Accommodation well excelled my expectations. Cleaning staff also friendly. I cant praise this resort enough from arrival at reception till departure was just fantastic. My only complaint is I am now at home lol, but be assured I will be singing your praises to all my friends and rest of extended family. Cant wait to return. Trip to old town was also great. Will be spending more time nxt time.

We got a great deal here. The apartment we stayed in was large and very comfortable. Our patio doors opened up looking over a garden. Internet connection was fantastic, easily playing 1080p videos at any time of the day. Food was of a good standard. Could be improved with more options. That said generally the standard was good and the Kitchen staff helpful to a tee. Entertainment could've been more extensive, if that ranks high on your list of requirements, I've seen better at 3 star hotels. Still we enjoyed some of the entertainment. Tennis courts, bats and balls are available for use. Pool table was out of action whilst we were there which was a bit strange. If the payment doesn't work, just let the balls on the table for free surely? The resort is a little bit away from the main action, fine if you have a car to get about, there's also free shuttle bus services which we didn't use. Sauna got nice and hot, the steam room not so much. All in all a very good 4 star type of experience. Comfortable and relaxing. I'm very thankful to have spent time here.

I literally couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. We only got home early hours this morning, but for a group of 8 of us we thought we’d struggle to find somewhere so perfect. The holiday was for my sisters hen do and Eden resort didn’t disappoint! From the beautiful apartments, nice weather, great drinks and food. The staff went above and beyond for us. The bar staff in particular and of course the amazing pool attendant Armando! He made the place even more special. Just his little bit of wisdom and how happy and caring he was, was such a nice experience. All 8 girls are looking at booking individually with their own families because they had such a lovely time. We can’t thank you all enough! Xx.

Love this place. Brilliant location. Great villas and apartments. They have made improvements each time we go. Staff very friendly helpful and informative.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are 3 pools, one adults only and a pool side bar. The apartments are large, well equipted and clean. The food in the restaurant is cooked fresh with a buffet which is topped up regularly. The local beach is only 5 minutes away and the resort runs a shuttle service at various times during the day. With the weather and amenities this is a must stay place for adults and children alike.

Good place for vacation, spaciousness and comfort of the houses, reasonably good food, sports facilities and several swimming pools.

Very clean Food decent with plenty of choice Not far from centre. Free bus daily. A few hidden costs if on an excursion, most staff friendly. Rooms very spacious and clean. Really nice resort. Looks like a small village. Plenty of swimming possible and bars. Small shop quite expensive but Lidl just round the corner. Nice and central if you wanted to go to other places too.

A wide choice of excursion, free transportation to the city.

Big spacious resort with lovely well fitted out self catering facilities. Room service was half hearted, some furnishings could do with a clean eg lounge sweets and curtains. Excellent shuttle service, generally great staff service. All inclusive food and drinks great value… Buffet had good choice although as is generally the rule can be bland and only like warm. Would definitely visit the resort again but would self cater as local supermarkets are e cell lent and very good value. And give greater freedom around meal times!

Don't get me wrong the villas and setting are beautiful. However the resort is out of the way from everything else, there was a minibus laid on to take you into the town but they really needed 2/3 and we went at off peak. The food was okay just the usual hotel style help yourself but dining room much to small, but with the villa you had the option to cook for yourself. The 2 pools were very cold but very pleasant to sit near if you could get a lounger and one of the pools was child free. As for the staff, well so much for the friendly Portuguese, they were miserable, dowdy and tired, not once did we get a smile from any of the staff from dining room to reception and also very unorganized with very little information at hand. The only exception to this were the young staff at the pool side kiosk who were always happy, polite and conscientious. Would I recommended a stay here the short answer is not if you are going all inclusive… probably great for large family groups self catering.

The staff are polite but are told what to say by management who is not seen. The rooms are spacious. The air con pipe broke flooding the lower end of the apartment. My 5 night stay there was cold showers. Once you complain the staff then take a dislike to you. If you are of class do not stay here. It houses the worst type of benefit bumbs from England who abuse alcohol and have an issue with other cultures. Eating food felt uncomfortable as they stir as if A NON WHITE PERSON should not be eating in the same dinning area as them. I would never return to this hotel let alone Portugal again.

Everything was Kind and helpful staff. Very roomy and well equipped with a fully accessorised kitchen. We had a balcony (with a table and chairs). We were all inclusive and the food was excellent with a good choice and perfectly cooked They offer car rentals too. I would definitely stay again. And I would recommend these apartments for everyone.

Disappointed with the quality of our 2 bedroom apartment, after having a villa last November. The first was dirty and had been adapted for disabled guests. While I applaud them for the effort, it was not nice to try and use showers and toilets normally. They moved us the following day and it was better, but outside patio and garden area was in need of cleaning and tidying. We did it ourselves, as we were there for a month but won't be going back, as thought the money we paid deserved better. No washing matching or launderette on sight and only a news channel and four very poor English speaking channels that consisted of James Bond movies and old repeats. Not good enough in this day and age.

The Eden was beautifully kept, our Villa was spotlessly clean & spacious, the Staff couldn't be more helpful if they tried, the food was delicious & plenty of variety & overall it was one of the best family holidays we have had. We were extremely sad to have to leave & hope to return soon! Villa 184 will always be a home away from home for us.

There is only one hanger in the bathroom and a seat in the bedrooms to be 10

This place I would recommend yous try it out. The staff are brill they always have loads of smiles. Food awesome it cater for every needs. Me n the girls Eid Dec Do come back.

Lovely resort currently here now feb 2018. We had sun and clouds first day but been reaching 19 and 20 degrees past 2 days. The hotel is clean the apartment are clean everything u may need apart from to do laundry but there is a launderette in the old town you can do it there. It's 5 minutes in the free shuttle they run down to the old town and free Algarve shopping days to. Staff are more than friendly and helpful definitely recommend this resort.

Beautiful hotel to discover during its visit to Albufeira in its large suites very spacious furnished and friendly, services of professionals, reception with courtesy, very good culinary level, services of pro, nothing to say at the level of hygiene and household, Personal, welcoming and available despite the difficulty of communication, because the language spoken here is English and Portuguese, a staff dedicated to the service of their clientele as well as the manager.
All these qualities allow us to spend a magical moment and a sumptuous holiday.
We recommend this place, you will spend wonderful moments in the company of its staff.

This was a last minute booking as a treat and we did not regret going. The resort is only a short drive from Albufeira and transport was available several times a day to and from the resort. The rooms were spacious, clean and the kitchens well equipped with cooker, freezer, fridge and dish washer all crockery, saucepans and cutlery for those going self catering. We were all inclusive and during our stay did not have any meals we did not enjoy. There was a varied menu and all hot food was freshly cooked and plentiful. Drinks were available during the day with a pool side bar open and staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble There were 3 pools to pick from with one exclusively for adults. Eden resort cannot be faulted and on returning home we immediately booked for two weeks next summer as we enjoyed it so much.

Fantastic hotel and amazing staff. Rooms were perfect and clean, and the food was good quality too. Four picky eaters had full plates for every buffet meal we went to. Also, in the Apple Bar upsatirs, Andre is the best barman on the planet.

2 bedroom villa much larger than I anticipated and very well appointed nice kitchen, bathrooms and comfy beds. Food was better than I expected from the reviews I'd read, lots of nice salads and fresh fruit. Coffee and "juices" not so good. We stayed in low season consequently we didn't pay very much for the stay. Some of the staff were extremely friendly especially reception and the lady in the Apple bar, some much less so. Good place for a budget low season holiday, weather was pleasant.

Very well prepared to rest. Very spacious houses, although they could be cleaner. Very prepared for English tourism. You need a car.

Lovely resort and great for children. 3 pools of which 1 is adults only and one with pool bar serving drinks and snacks. Great views. This site in top of quite a steep hill which can be accessed by road but wouldn't suit anyone who was not very mobile on foot. All inclusive is a great option and the food is great. The only negative is that there is a lack of evening entertainment. Plenty during the day for adults and children as plenty of music and games played for all round entertainment. Oops forgotten to mention an indoor pool for the cooler days … we stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and this was well equipped and plenty of space. There is a patio area with Sun lingers and a dinning table and chairs which were put to great use. The cleaning schedule was excellent and there were towels available daily if required for the sun loungers. All in all a very good place to stay. Clean, tidy and well worth the money.

First holiday abroad, bit the bullet about flying, apartment was excellent, weather in October in high 70s 80s. All inclusive pool bar very good, staff very friendly, restaurant for breakfast, dinner and evening meals, first class plenty to choose from Jorgio and his team could not do enough for you. Will be back here and recommend to everyone, best holiday ever Obrigado.

Just home after spending 7 nights at the Eden Resort, accommodation was lovely, resort it's self was beautiful, staff were lovely, spotlessly clean, entertainment staff done a great job, however the resort could do with some entertainment in the evenings, would highly recommend this resort, and we will fore sure return in the future, many thanks for a great week Eden Resort.

Great family friendly space. We self catered. Our apartment/villa was lovely. Lots of space well layed out. Loved the numerous pool options. Friendly staff. Had a fabulous time. Would definitely come back! Would have given 5 stars but not alot of choice for vegetarians.

My fiance and I have just returned from 7 days at this resort. I cant recommend it enough Its such a beautiful place, accommodation was superb. Lovely quiet adults pool area. We will definitely return here. Our apartment did get slight traffic noise as the rear balcony overlooked a local road. But the standard of the apartment really meant it wasn't a major issue. My only real concern was breakfast, as with most self service breakfasts I never managed to get a hot meal, so stuck with toast in the end, Id probably skip breakfast next time. They run a free shuttle bus to town four times a day, personally I would rather see them charge 1euro per adult and run it every hour. It is walking distance but we opted for local cabs, 4 euro to old town 6 euro to the marina. Definitely recommend Eden Resort. We had the most glorious of holidays.

It's a really great, well maintained resort. The staff are very friendly and helpful and do whatever they can to make you feel at home! Food is exceptional and the entertainment team work really hard to keep everyone entertained.

Nice clean complex, helpful staff, 2 bed appt was well equipped. Pool guy was great always making sure everyone got a sunbed. Downsides; unsuitable for people who can't walk up hills and it's 30 mins walk from the beach.

Initially let down by cleaning issues, first impressions were very good with very friendly and polite staff. Unfortunately after waiting an hour for are room to be cleaned we went to are room which was disgusting and that night then needed a further 3 hours cleaning to remove hairs, stains and disgusting property. In my opinion the sofa needs to be burnt as there is that much stains of blood on it to refill an entire transplant clinic, and they are covered in and smell like urine. We're scared to sit on the sofa incase it eats us or something crawls inside us. The curtains are chewing themselves up they are so disgusting and beds are full of stains. The walls are also full of stains. I suggest the entire apartment is stripped, cleaned and redecorated. The "Fresh Supermarket" is a complete lie there is no green fruit or vegetables in sight and bare in mind it is a small shop, it is extremely overpriced along with all of the other shops and bars on sight. The restaurants food was extremely basic and nothing special and vending and popcorn machines are full of bugs, we got a popcorn which had cooked ants inside when we reported this to the restaurant and reception nothing was done children were eating from this all day long. However from the outside the place looks amazing with excellent staff across the board who are always willing to help. The complex is extremely private and secluded with the nearest amenities being 10 minutes and walking distance away.

Excellent apartments, very spacious and clean. Apartments about 30 min walk from main resort but you are provided with a free shuttle bus service every two hours. Staff very friendly particularly the pool and bar staff. Look out for Vando great guy with excellent service.

Excellent place to go. Could not fault it. The accommodation is great, the staff are friendly and helpful. We went All Inclusive which was great. There is plenty to do on site and it is not far to the Old Town. Free shuttle bus from the resort four times a day. Would recommend to anyone.

I returned from a week at the Eden Resort with my daughters and grandchildren last week and overall I was impressed by the resort. The apartments are very spacious and well equipped. Housekeeping is 5 times a week and although they are very willing, the cleanliness does leave a bit to be desired. If you walk on the floor bare foot, your feet will very quickly be black. The pools are very nice and clean. We had no trouble finding sunbeds, but to be fair since my grandkids are under 5, it was out of high season. The restaurant had good food and at 17.50 euros for all you can eat, not bad value. The old town is only a free bus ride away and had loads to offer. Also the beach was great. In summary, it was a good holiday and I would recommend Eden Resort.

This was our second visit to eden we were bed and breakfast which I could not fault the selection was great for us all and that even included an 8yr old. Maid service was excellent, all service around the resort was amazing especially the pool attendant would was so friendly to everyone. This resort is a good 15 min walk from the old town but taxis are regular and not expensive. All in all we had a great relaxing time.

Staying at the hotel on my honeymoon. Stayed here before and absolutely loved it so decided to come back.

Had a great week, the rooms are great, the beds fantastic I don't sleep well, but soon as head was on the pillow I was gone. Good food staff are great, a small bus to take you into town free of charge, we loved it. Met some fantastic people there. Thank you to all the staff you were fantastic Jackie and Patsy.

On my second last day here… overall it was a good choice accommodation wise because we wanted a peaceful holiday… maybe not this peaceful. It is a little bit out of the way but only because everything on site closes too early and the on site entertainment is rubbish. Lots of tweaks needed if this place is to keep the rating it boasts.

C is great nothing to say perfect sounded wonderful pool and to say if you want to go on vacation the.

Lovely relaxing place it is clean and very child friendly there is a lot for kids to do here.

Just spent 7 fantastic days there. The food was great, service good and the rooms clean.

A bit of a walk for meals and bar is far too small accomondation was great.

I recently spent 7 days in this resort. We were upgraded to a villa on our arrival. Spacious well equipped and clean. The resort is beautiful. Wall to wall sunshine. On our arrival several people told us the food was dreadful. On the contrary the food was good. Plentiful, fresh, something for everyone unless of course you come from GB and all you want is burgers and chips.
