Only 4 star hotel, in comparation to 5* hotel I visited in Poland it is seriously underated.

Very nice hotel, in the middle of the old villa district of Szczecin. Upscale, multilingual service and pleasant bar. Childhood friend, good location, open to the old town and harbour, with private parking. Perfect. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Very nice breakfast. Restaurant recommended. Friendly staff. Beautiful Hotel. We booked it for a romantic weekend and were able to celebrate our engagement in a good location in a luxurious hotel. Parking spaces are available and are monitored with a security service and cameras. In addition, the whole hotel is fenced for safety. Rooms were hygienic.

I stayed at this hotel when I was having an operation with Medimel. The staff are amazing, and the place is very good value for money. The food was lovely, and the place was very clean. I was quite comfortable. I remember the Wi-Fi being diabolical at the time, so I ended up watching a lot of Polish TV. Very random. But I had a great stay, and the price was excellent.

Nice looking 4-star hotel close to the inner city (approximately 1 kilometer) and with a good selection of food from the restaurant. The room itself was nice, spacy, and in good order. However, there were some clothes from previous guests left in the wardrobe and in front of the window a ventilation system roared throughout the night. The breakfast was very good, with a great variety. You also can park directly at the hotel for about 15 zl.

Kind and helpful reception staff, yet came across as overworked. Restaurant food and staff were amazing — helpful, friendly and very classy. The breakfast was missing gluten-free options. Room good size and spotless, very comfortable and designed by someone who has thought of all the things you could wish for… except for blackout curtains. Overall a pleasant stay.

The arts is a very nice Hotel in a beautiful old Villa in the immediate vicinity of the Szczecin old town. The value for money is good and the staff very friendly. In addition, there are large rooms with just as large a bathroom anywhere fast Internet via Wi-Fi. The arts Hotel is definitely worth a visit.

We stayed in early June, 2011. Everything was very nice, and the workers there were lovely. Good food.
