The hotel and the place Kołobrzeg is absolutely not recommended hotel staff is very rude. Outside the hotel there is far and wide no restaurant where you can eat something. We stopped the holiday early and are back home.

The swimming pool service is a complete disaster. The stuff is selling the multiple entry pass which should work with no limits, but after several visits the stuff starts minute count which comes as a huge surprise. Once you leave the facility you are asked to issue an extra payment per minut charge (like you carry cash or cards in the swimming pool form you hotel room. ) Room charge is not supported. So for a 5 Star hotel it's quite a fall back in the 80s.
If you mention the swimming pool stuff that you will come back later to cover the extra charge they will treat you with security. Absolutely NO GO for a 5 star hotel.

Great hotel in Kołobrzeg. I like the spa area and swimming pool. All very clean and modern. Rooms are large enough and food is fine.

Thank you for the very nice and completely pleasant stay. Rooms, food, drinks. So the supply (had half board) very good in quality and quantity. We have also used the swimming pool, cosmetics, massages and other treatments. Everything is very professional, very well equipped and clean. Many thanks also to the staff and the very good service.
We are planning another holiday with you next year.

Very nice hotel. Vegetarian and lactose — gluten-free breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. What I missed was an outlet suitable for German devices in the bathroom. There is a hair dryer but I use a curl stick. The voltage was too low and the flat plug didn't fit. The spa area is wonderfully suited for my purposes. And the beach not far away. Well booked even in winter. The WLan is free but also a joke … No reception most of the time.
Visit number 2: Thanks for the socket in the bathroom. And the W-Lan reception was very good this time. The food and the room nice and clean. One idea for improvement in the spa area would be to work the screws behind the host pools with the wire brush …

Top Hotel. Food really good and made with hand. The beach is 500 metres away. Rooms, fitness, swimming pool and outdoor areas are in great condition. Children's animation was there, but unfortunately only in Polish. Wi-Fi is free, but can be used in rooms with luck.

We were 01.3-15.3.15 and have the diet according to dr. Bardadyn — 800 calories/day booked. Neither the arrival nor during the entire stay we had no enlightenment no contact us information such as the expires. The diet, itself, is very good and we'll do it again BUT NOT THIS HOTEL! Suberkeit= Top Staff= Nice Therapeyten= Very Good, especially the Mr. Kamil Broda! (Unique).

I'm always happy to go the rooms are clean and modern and the Breakfast buffet is huge and all for a reasonable price. Also 5 stars.

Good hotel with sufficient money. Very nice staff, audience (at least for now in the low season) mixed. Many children's right — if you don't like that is wrong here. Highlights are the three 25 m lanes in the basement. Food is buffet style so far OK.

Amazing hotel on the beatufil polish seaside. Worldwide standards. New and clean rooms. Superb aqua park area with handful of attractions for both adults and kids. Breakfasts are delicious with all Yopu can eat formula! Highly recommended.

Super hotel complex, cheaper than other hotels. English and German-speaking staff. Good service.
