The staff at the bar is not at all! Have paid for cocktails that have tasted nothing and on demand and the please came to get a new one just a pamphlet answer then we have to pay for it, that's standard. Eye rolls and annoyed glances we got all day from the one barlady.

Great hotel. Prices are right. Very cheap cocktails. Beach two minutes away. Buffet is plentiful… Great weather what more you want.

Super hotel, great outdoor facilities, also the children's offers were super-only unfortunately in Polish. All tenders and tenders could be less Polish and more international. The Polish species should also be taken into account.
Rooms modern and clean. The food was very good. Due to the many guests but somewhat stressful. The restaurant at Ikar Plaza is highly recommended. Great food, great ambience, friendly service and quiet. For little money. The hairdresser, on the other hand, is not. I had a stair cut. All in all, it was a nice holiday.

The rooms aren't big, but the kitchen is just super.

A really great hotel with super nice staff who do a really good job here. The food is a real pleasure, the treatments are really great and cheap and it is very clean. What a bit of a pity is that the environment is unfortunately not so beautiful, but I hope that changes with time.

Well, yes. In my opinion, the money is thrown out if you let yourself be massaged. This is in the best case stroking and a masseuse with long claws does not even go. Then rather a few meters further into the Aquarius. The Thai employee understands her craft.

Nice hotel. Spacious rooms. The food is varied. Pleasant atmosphere in the applications. We are looking forward to the next year.

The hotel was nice above all the outdoor pool only the promenade is very far away.

I am a regular guest since the opening of the hotel 2007 and feel extraordinarily comfortable here in Kołobrzeg. It is only a few meters to the beach. The service here is excellent and the food in buffet style very varied and tasty. Very, highly recommended!

Typical retired spa hotel. Very very nice. Room nice size. Staff very nice. The beach is a good 3-5 min walk. Food Top.

Great family retreat. Friendly and helpful staff. Okay food. When youre used to organic food youll know theirs is just okay.

The hotel very modern, rooms are very nice with a view of the Baltic Sea, very friendly people also speak a good German the food is very tasty and served with a lot of love. Varied and fresh fruit, salads. I'm sure we'll be back.

The location is good and the hotel is very close to the beach. The rooms to the indoor area offer a great sea view. Various parking spaces allow for a relaxed parking.
The staff at the front desk spoke very good German and was friendly.
The rooms are large enough.
The first drawback is the single beds in the rooms. As a couple, we didn't find that great.
The clientele in this House consisted mostly of older people, families or young people were met less.
The dining room looked more like a canteen. The arrangement of the food was arbitrary and took place without a concept.
The breakfast was mediocre. No fresh fruit, yogurt in plastic cups and a small selection of jam, cheese and sausage.
At dinner we missed hot vegetables. There were at least 2 meat dishes, 2 garnishes but no fresh hot vegetables. Also a dessert was not found at the buffet.
The dining room is definitely too small for all hotel guests.
Another drawback was the cleanliness in the swimming pool. The dressing sponge in front of water and it smelled very uncomfortable. The swimming pool itself is very generous, unfortunately there was no lifeguard. You also have to pay for the bathrobe.
Conclusion: Unfortunately the Ikar Plaza does not meet the requirements for an upscale 4 star hotel. If you don't like the high standard, you will find a nice hotel, otherwise you should book another hotel.

Great cuisine and a place to stay.

The rooms we're very clean and the Dinner was really great, but we couldn't get a table every day and we must wait until other finished.

A top hotel, where everything is right! Nice staff, absolutely clean, fair prices, bus shuttle, good and varied buffet, entertainment totally recommended. The Polish Baltic coast is absolutely worth a visit. And then the Super Spa to relax and feel good! 1A.

We were this year twice here staff were enthusiastic, good food very good applications. We come here again here.

We were in may 2013 for the sixth time at the IKAR Plaza. We will come here ever again. Why should we go somewhere else.
