Great service and nice view!

Room dirty. TV broken… Refrigerator iced. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean.

Very nice hotel, great apartments and fantastic spa. There are 2 areas with their own reception: Hotel with spa and apartments. All of the hotel's amenities are also available to the apartment guests. Wi-Fi is very good everywhere and free (1 Mbit/s, 10.000ER DSL so to speak) apartments with separate bedroom.
Open kitchen with stove, oven, kettle, dishwasher, pots, pans, cutlery, tableware, glasses, cooker hood, fridge with freezer, but no coffee maker, toaster, lemon press, spices, teas, coffee, cheese grater, Nudelsieb. Comfortable dining area. Highchair for children is free of charge.
Bedroom very nice with access to the balcony, unfortunately there are 2 beds pushed together, reusable cable ties should be on holiday but generally not missing. Baby Cot is free of charge.
Living room with access to the balcony, LCD TV (not used) and comfortable seating group. It is missing a DVD player, you can not borrow either.
Hallway with large closet, ironing board, iron, hand brush, broom, beach protection, there is no vacuum cleaner.
Clean bathroom, only with shower, no bathtub. There is no washing machine. Lots of towels in different sizes.
Room overall very clean, lots of outlets, broken Floodlight was repaired immediately. Room service for 2 dishes with starter has required about 1 h delivery time, that's too long, for that food was absolutely top notch.

A positive mention is the really nice spa area, which is also available to the residents of the apartments at any time.
The apartment we were assigned last week, however, has not seen any repair work for a long time: the lamp above the bathroom mirror did not go from the beginning, the light bulb in the hallway was broken on the second day, was immediately reported and until Departure date not changed. The skirting strips fell regularly, the sofa has countless stains, and all over the apartment there were black hairs on the floor on the day of arrival, which we were then unfortunately able to find in our baby's diaper the next morning, because the broom that came into the years was not All got caught. This does not just close to a thorough cleaning. The A food cart with food leftovers and dirty dishes more than 24 hours in front of the lifts apathetically underlines this picture only yet.
Before arrival we asked for a quiet room by phone, just because of the baby. We were promised a quiet apartment on the garden side. It was concealed that on the first night a Zeltparty with live band was held there until 3 o'clock in the morning. In addition, the entire inner courtyard is a large construction site ("We are renewing for our guests"), the noisy works that took place from 7 o'clock would have bothered me very much if we were not awake anyway at the time.

Nice friendly staff and great ambience.

Very good hotel with attentive service.
There is a safe and sufficient German TV channels available in the room.
Room large and very good furnished, spa and bathing area outstanding.
Shortcoming: No hp possible, payment for dinner Buffet 90 PLN, per person, decidedly too expensive.
