The room was not cleaned on our arrival. I had to request a room service to mop the floor as I have kids that crawl and play on the floor so it has to be clean. We stayed here 7 days and there was NO ROOM SERVICE at all. No changing bins. No floor cleaning. No toilet paper. No towels changed. We never experienced such an ignorance in other hotels around the world. + beautiful scenery around the river + clean water in the river + lovely fresh air + quiet peaceful location + kind smiley staff in the restaurant — dirty room on arrival and no room service — no lifts. Big problem for mum with a pram to get upstairs to the room or to the restaurant for breakfast/dinner — poor variety of food at tea time (yoga vegetarian food)
