SPOKO Hostel Hostel

Tidy spot. Close to the railway station. A 15-20 min tram ride to the center. I slept here for only one night and they had everything I needed: a hot shower and a clean bed.

Managed to book a last minute stay for some of my friends traveling from London to Gdansk for Heineken Opener Festival. The host was very professional and helpful and managed to squeeze them in for the whole duration of their trip! Their feedback and first few texts from Honey Den were amazing! Bearing in mind it's a hostel, they have expected it to be basic. They have never seen a place that clean, modern and well equipped and said this is far better than most of UK hotels they used to stay in. Well done Honey Den, quality-price-design all great! Will defo recommend to everyone!

The hostel is clean, new, spacious, and has modern design. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is super too. What made it super special were the friendly and kind staff who went above and beyond to make the experience special and the other guests I met. Ayako who is helping with the menu let us sample delicious desserts and soup she is testing out for the menu. We had some great conversation. I hope I can come back when the cafe opens up! The room was cosy and clean. Great place with warm and friendly atmosphere.

It's a really wonderful hostel. New, comfortable and very clean. Everything is good quality. And the host, Wojtek, is super helpful and super nice. And I had the best shower time that I never had been in hostels. The water is perfact temperature and powerful in a great bath room. Love here. Would like to visit again.

It happens sometimes that you meet right people in the right places. Honey Den hostel is not just a hostel for me, it was my home for two weeks and I enjoyed every minute being there. Place is always tidy and fresh without single speck of dust, in the morning with fresh bread and fancy jellies. I found the district were it belongs also very interesting with all those little bistros and coffee shops and locals.
About staff. Wojciech and Bohus are probably the most kind people in whole Gdańsk. No more words needed here :)
If you are planning your trip to this part of Poland, you should spend some time in Honey Den hostel. It will be nice experience not only for you but also for the crew and other tenants. Be well and stay happy :) Mato.

This is a very new hostel. We found it to be clean and the bed (not a bunk bed in my case) was the most comfortable I had slept in in Poland. Very friendly staff members! Finally Wrzeszcz is a really fun, authentic neighborhood to stay in, off the beaten tourist track. I recommend!
