Very pleasant mid range hotel. Rooms are good, breakfast is nice.

Clean and quiet hotel, but like everywhere there are some problems. Expensive and tight parking, cloged shower head.

Very good and cozy hotel. Really the best choice if it comes to both "near the airport" and also "have a quick acces to city center". Breakfast was perfect and had plenty of possibilities. Dinner also very good with traditional and internațional food. At the frontdesk everyone was nice and willing to help. I could pay in EURO and had the invoice accordingly. Rooms have good ergonomics and bathroom was generous. I fully recomend!

Good breakfast, ok service, clean and spacious rooms. You can hear the traffic from a main street quite well so. No problems if you are a deep sleeper though. Shuttle bus service to the airport failed us: I made a reservation for the shuttle a day before departure but when we went down to the bus precisely on time it was all gone. The reception staff explained it was full and therefore left. Reception got us a taxi instead and also paid taxi fee, however we lost 15 mins for this. In our case the 15 mins were ok, but sometimes you may miss a flight…

Nie rozmiar pokoju się liczy ale czystość I zagwarantowana wygoda: łóżko bardzo komfortowe, telewizor działa I cieszy mnie że to jeden z modeli z HDMI I USB portem (dzięki czemu mogę korzystać z #chromecast). Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła, otwartość na klienta I jego potrzeby to atut. Wczoraj poprosiłem o deskę do prasowania, pojechalismy do mamy w odwiedziny a po powrocie wszystko było gotowe. O taksówkę z korporacji też nie było kłopotu, trzeba będzie sprawdzić na dniach jeszcze bar I iść na śniadanie, ale to w zależności od tego jak będziemy spędzać czas poza hotelem.

My first time to Europe and from America to compete in the IFSS Dryland world championships sled dog event. The hospitality has been amazing, food is par none, and Dog Friendly! Surge, my canine athlete in canicross, has enjoyed his stay. We walked last night and ventured about. Definitely a place to stay when in Warsaw! Plus… shuttle service that too allows dogs! Classy hotel!

Very close to the airport. Nice hotel by the way.

I spent 4 days here during September and I had absolutely no complaint at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they could always assist me when I needed. The location of the hotel is also great: several grocery shops nearby, a tram station is right next to the building and there's a free shuttle to the airport. Plus I recommend the restaurant in the ground floor, it's a bit pricey but it's worth it.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. They are very friendly, all very clean and close to the city center by tram (15) There is a ALDI next door.

It's a very nice and modern hotel close to the airport offering free transfer to/from the airport. The room was very clean and well equipped. The only thing I didn't like was a difficulty to make a phone contact. You have to listen to answering machine for a long time and when you get through eventually, the receptionist says he will ring you back and he never does… If you need any information write to them and someone will respond.

Very chic hotel, equipment high quality and new. Staff very nice and helpful. Always stay here one night before my return flight. I haven't tried breakfast yet. The free shuttle bus to the airport is very good. This one takes about 10 minutes.
Ordering food in the room works well and tastes good too.
Rooms are very well equipped. The only shortcoming is the lack of heating in the room, because over the air conditioning it takes quite a long time to heat the room and this was quite cool.
Otherwise a very good hotel at a good price. Come back.

Terrible noise (not from the airport) all night long. My earplugs and all the pillows could not block it out. Some kind of hydraulic machine is on somewhere in the building or just outside of it. Not the elevators. This noise is much worse. I have not been able to sleep and this will make my working day here in Warsaw a pain. I am sure that you are not going to publish this review. I just had to let this out. I am truly furious.

Probably one of the best Mercure hotels I've ever stayed in. Very friendly and dedicated staff. Mr Michał from reception deserves a payrise! Nice rooms and very relaxing. And very good price! Many Mercures around Europe are far too overpriced! Will defenitely return! :)

Nice business hotel halfway between Warszawa Centralna and the airport. Easy access to the city centre by tram.
Very nice rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is slightly smaller than in other Mercure hotels, but perfectly fine. The hotel bar is very small, the selection fits but.
Staff is very friendly.

Madness price / performance ratio. Really top.
