Review of Hotel Lord - Warsaw Airport 4*

I wasn't expecting the treatment we received while staying in the hotel. We were staying there from Wednesday to Sunday, Our room was on the first floor and at first we were really happy with the hotel. On Friday night they had some party at their restaurant. The music was so loud we could sing the songs with the people downstairs. It started around 21:00 and was OK at first since we assumed that until midnight they will finish. At 00:20 I called reception to say that it is getting a bit late and we would like to go to sleep but cannot due to our room being disco dance. The reception informed us that the party will be for another 30-40 minutes. It was a bit annoying because we were really tired and couldn't go to sleep but we understood that it is probably a good way for the hotel to make extra money so we held another 40 minutes. When I called again at 01:20 I was informed that the party is not going to stop for another hour at least and if we are not happy about it the only thing we can do is change our room to a higher floor. At 1:30 am they asked to pack all our things that we unpacked for 3 days and move to a different room if we want to get some sleep that night. We payed money to sleep at night we are not staying in this place for free. To force us pack our entire room or to stay awake the entire night is awful. My main complaint is that they didn't warn us about this. I believe it is not their first time holding loud parties and they could have told us it will be very loud and offer us to move room so we could get some sleep. At the very least after the first time I called them they knew the party is not going to end in 40 minutes and still didn't think to warm us about it, they rather lied and hoped for the best, perhaps they hoped we will be able to fall asleep under the ear drumming YMCA style songs… It is not even human not to talk about hotel service. I payed money for this vacation, it ruined my last day in Warsaw I was tired the entire day. But mostly I hate being lied to, when I asked to talk to manager to file a complaint I was told first he will come in 3 hours, then after 3 hours he is still not there, then in the evening I was told he is not going to listen to my complaint since the complaint lady coming on Monday. I do must say that the hotel is very clean, the beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is rich and the stuff is friendly. That's why it's such a shame they do not have any customers service.
