I really enjoyed this hotel. I was only here for one night as LOT cancelled my flight. But none the less, the food was good and The rooms were big and modern. Don't listen to the lady under this comment lol.

Poor location for tourists. However, a great hotel, very comfortable. Delicious food and drinks. The staff are professional and prompt. Great time.

LOT (Polish airline) put me up there as one of my LOT flights had been cancelled. Buffet dinner not very interesting; and corridors upstairs bare and prison-looking.

Had a great overnight stay at the Plaza Hotel. Very modern and chic. From the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room to the lobby and hotel room. Brand new and still has that new car smell. The service was excellent, especially from the young Italian bellhop. He cared to offer advice, amenities, and a laugh — all with a professional courtesy. The minibar had everything, including condoms! Talk about paying attention to detail! These guys knocked it out of the park. Keep in mind: you'll pay for it. The prices reflect the magnificence.

It's located 12 km out of center and public transport is a drag. Otherwise nice modern but soulless hotel. And yes, they reserve money on a card in advance — I guess this shows how much faith they have in customers.

That's one of the nicest hotel surprises I've had in a while. This hotel has spacious and clean rooms, while being located conveniently nearby the airport (and offering a free airport shuttle service). The breakfast buffet is fantastic with a wide variety of dishes and snacks available. So this hotel, offering an outstanding service across-the-board, is also quite inexpensive, making it the absolute best choice nearby (especially if you have a morning flight you'd rather not miss).

Nice 4 star hotel near airport. Suitable for overnight airtravellers but not for visiting old town of Warsaw.

This was an unexpected gem in Warsaw. The rooms were great, very modern yet comfortable. There was a great bar that had fantastic food. I would highly recommend this place. I couldn't believe that the place was so cheap compressed to other European hotels.

The hotel is extremely good In the room there is a device called "Handy" it is almost like a smart phone with sim card already in it where can use GPS, local calls, and some international calls for some selected countries, it made my life alot easier as a tourist who does not have a local phone number.

Nice four star hotel. The bar is a bit limited but the rooms are well equipped even with a smartphone that you can take to the city and it gives you access to internet and useful apps. Recommend you stay here.

Quick overnight stay. Comfy beds and modern rooms. Dinner buffet was delicious.

I had a nice clean room and modern bathroom but some colleagues complained on cleaning and old fashioned bathroom. Good breakfast and nice bar area.

Very clean and staff is great. I enjoyed my stay and had a shuttle ready to take me to the airport at 4am sharp. Only thing I wish they had some English channels on the TV. I couldn't really watch since everything was subbed over and louder than original programming.

Very good and clean hotel. Staff was friendly as my keycard stopped working and got it replaced but wasn't working still. Maintenance came up and look at the look and gave me a normal key to open the door. Breakfast was good and with a good variety. Only negative is that the hotel is far from everything but I had a car so wasn't a problem for me but anyone not renting a car it's a bit of a headache. In general very good.

Great hotel, but food is just little masterpieces, I love it!

Appalling "service". Room nice but staff do not care. I had confirmed late check in but was sent to another hotel then had to find my own way back. Two nights running the restaurant was closed to residents! Close to airport but nowhere else. It is only for business meeting s and conferences, not solo travellers.
