Not extremely bad. Wi-fi connection appeared after 3 hours staying in hostel. Stuff is strange and when I asked to stay 10 more minutes in Lobby, Alina said that it's their rules and she can do nothing. Dear managers, don't frighten the staff with cameras, be friendly. And maybe you will have more benefits from your business. Being unfriendly is not the best way. After 5 months staying in West European countries, I would say it's much more impolite. ************ Read their answer************ I told you that if there are some problems with deposit I could leave. This problem is only connected with the fact that they don't accept credit cards! By the way, I didn't pay — I didn't get the key. Secondly. I left the room at 11:00, and came to the reception at 11:04 and now you gonna tell me it's late check in? Funny. And what's finally happened — they told me in the morning that there are no free rooms for the next day. Unprofessional.

Good hostel, everything is clean and cozy. Prices are reasonable. Recommend.

Absolutely bummer! Dirty! Awful bed! Disgusting bathroom! Very noisy staff very early morning and also during the night talking in the garden at 3.30 am! NEVER AGAIN!

Cheap and cozy. Only one problem with Wi-Fi for 2 floors. A lot of prohibitions.

Super Noclegi, good price well placed for public transport, a little hard to park but by turning a little we find.

Great hostel for overnight stay. Wi-Fi was not working for some reason. And the neighbor got caught with stinky socks.

No internet, water hot for one person, batteries included on December 18, but at the worst end will come.

Its worst hostel people steal money here and the reseptionist is damn rude and ugly.

I didn't like the hostel. The girl Hozjajna Nazi. Except Poles admits no one. And answers rudely. And the hostel does not provide tea, sugar and coffee. In any hostel Warsaw provide.

This is one of the best hostels I have stayed at in Poland. The owner is superfriendly, her staff is as well. They are happy and eager to help you and advise you in what to visit. The room was great, the right size, the beds were wonderful. The sanitary facilities were cleaned everyday. There is a parking lot, which guests can use (you have to reserve in advance! ). The location may seem like a slight disadvantage, but that isn't the case. There are several trams and busses that go directly into the center. I would definitely come here again :)

Really friendly staff, especially the owner. Nice beds, especially compared to some other hostels I've seen. Clean showers, but some of the toilets were a bit dirty, but that was not something the hostel could've solved. Some of the guests apparently didn't know how to use a toilet normally.

Ok! Clean. Parking in garden is not for free. Some additional payments.

Gunaydin. I was stay 2 night in this hostel its quite and clean place. I like area with shops and fast food. I will back for sure.

On 4 floors only one refrigerator, twice someone ate my food.

I stayed here 2 years ago and had a great experience. Short walk to lots of public transportation. They had someone at the desk 24 hrs and suggested places to go. I had a 1 person bedroom and it was clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend to anyone from out of the country.

Just a horror. Staff attitude to 2 Bala. It's cold. No hot water. The shower is terrible. The Wi-Fi is not working. We had a room on the 4th floor, a huge suitcase even no one helped to bring. The internet was not at all. This is my subjective opinion. I have not seen such a relationship to the guests from the staff. I had to stay in different hostels. But torn sheets, lack of hot water, room is cold, no internet, staff who are biased to treat Russian-I met the first time. You can not treat people who pay you money, first of all it is not respect for yourself.

I stayed here a few times and all the time I was fully satisfied with everything. The place is a great choice for everyone coming to the city and who wants to feel like home even in the hostel. Location is very convenient, friendly staff, service is very good — can one wish more? I recommend the hostel.

It is a nice and clean hostel with helpful staff, but it is far (20 minutes) from the city center.

We had just flown into Warsaw and this being our first hostel / shared room experience we weren't sure what to expect. The staff was helpful and courteous and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and tidy. We particularly liked the proximity to the markets and central tram station as well as their outdoor patio/deck in the back. Oh and the guy we bunked with appeared one night upon our return from dinner, was sleeping and literally didn't make a peep! We would choose Hostel Krokodyl again.

A good hostel. Cons: in the winter it was a bit chilly, shower ice was).

Best hostel at the west bank of Vistula river! Nice, clean and has a barbecue area.

This is an excellent place. It's in an interesting area of the city, easy to get to (188 bus from the airport and a large number of trams). It's clean, well maintained and the beds are comfy and it's quiet at night. It has a wonderful fruit and veg market virtually next door and staff who are always helpful. Not for people who want to be based in the old town (although the old town is a mere 12 minutes by tram), but for everyone else it is an excellent place to stay.

We've found this hostel suprisingly well equipped and yet very cheap and it definitely has an great atmosphere. The service is very nice and helpful. I'd recommend it to anyone and will surely stay there the next time I visit warsaw.
