We had an apartment in Wilcza street — modern and spotlessly clean, a good location with easy access to town and 2 excellent restaurants round the corner. We were only provided with 2 bath towels and on day 3 had to ask for replacements. It would be good to supply guests with both face and bath towels. Although there was some useful information provided, it was all in Polish. There were no instructions on how to use the cooker, the oven or the washing machine, and we couldn't even switch on power for the air conditioning system. This information needs to be provided in English for guests who do not speak Polish. Otherwise an excellent visit — Thank You! — and we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to the beautiful city of Warsaw.

A truly beautiful apartment! Friendly staff and everything was clean. Only thing that bothered us was that the kitchen was somewhat under-equipped.

I stayed there for 2 nights in warecka and I have to sat there is a lovely young lady name dorota who was very helpful, friendly and told me how to get to the appartment by showing me a map and with her perfect knowledge I found the appartment with no problems. I have to say I have been to Warsaw so many times and this is the only appartment I will choose now. I believe all the staff needs a pay rise as they have great customer service skills. Elwira is very friendly and always greets me and so are the others are friendly. The room was clean, everything was perfect, the Wi-Fi was super fast and also the facilities that I need are always there. I will definitely return again and I hope something is done with the staff regarding a pay rise as they all work with great respect towards me and I'm positive amongst other customers who book with apartment4u.

It was reserved in one direction and when we arrived they placed us in another. Central location but in an alley and a block somewhat spooky.

A new apartment in new development not far from the center. Perfect. Good Attention from the staff. You like bags and you move to the apartment. Great.

The office where you get the keys is in a different place, to get it hard code domophone not the specified! The staff knows it but does nothing! For 4 people be given one key! Not welcoming apartment! Очень не гостеприимные апартаменты! За эту стоимость стоит выбрать другие! Офис, где получаешь ключи находится в другом месте, попасть в него сложно, код на домафоне не соответствует указанному! Персонал это знает но ничего не предпринимает!
На 4х человек выдают один ключ!
Апартаменты не соответствуют указанным в описании! Т. Е. Селят в абсолютно другие апартаменты! Все стены грязные, заляпанные! Посуда грязная! Нет ни чая ни кофе ни воды! Нет моющих средств (зачем ставить посудомойку? ) Нет ни шампуня ни душгеля (Кровать в спальне полуторная! ну ни как не двухспальная (размер 1, 2 — 1, 4 м) Очень не гостеприимные апартаменты! За эту стоимость стоит выбрать другие!
