The location is very good. Breakfast is not bad.
The staff is friendly enough, but without fanaticism.
The room is tiny, with no mini-bar/fridge.
Clean, the beds are comfortable.
There's a hairdryer in the bathroom.
The elevator isn't working.

Nice rooms and great location. We made 15-20 min to the old town and 10 min to the city center. Very good breakfast!

Warsawa is strange: it is the mixing feeling of new and old, of communist block of apartments and old buildings that are not actually old (the whole city center has been rebuilt after the destruction of the Nazis on WW2). The same is Hotel Gromada, a bunch of mixed feelings, I cannot say it is good or bad location to accomodate. The very first and big thought is coming to my mind is that the hotel is located in the city center, very convenient for strolling with kids and wife.

Don't understand why this hotel still has a relatively OK rating as it is awful. It starts with the unfriendly desk clerks who only do the bare minimum needed (ask payment, hand key). The rooms are outdated and very warm with no air-conditioning whatsoever. The bathroom smells and breakfast is something you should skip. All in all: avoid this place.

Väldigt bra hotel, bra stora rum och nära till affärer. Maten var okej. Det som var dåligt med hotellet var ett pipande varannan sekund som antagligen skulle skräma bort fåglar och andra djur. Annars är det 4/5

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu — w zasadzie wszędzie blisko, ceny również przystępne. Niestety jakość posiłków, szczególnie śniadań pozostawia trochę do życzenia. Sama obsługa wydaje się rano zbyt mała jak na obiekt tej wielkości I tej klasy.

Convenient hotel in the center of Warsaw and reasonably priced. Near the Palace of culture.

Large rooms, staff available and not far from Central station. There is also a souvenir shop inside.

The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are quite recent, the big black spot is the bedding a place that is really small. It is a good hotel to spend a night but I think for the same fare there is better in the vicinity (standard room) …

Hotel all in all good for the price, spacious rooms, not much variety of breakfast.

This my first feedback ever I publish; rooms are clean, breakfast OK, but personal on the reception desk is mostly unfriendly and do not greet back. The worst point — you must ask to refund your deposit many times. My case came so far, I was pushed write e mail to management. Unpleasant experience, will never return again.

Very good location but very small bed and very very old TV not English channels or other languages.

Need repairing. Too expensive for the service they provide. But location is very convenient for tourists. There are a lot of rivals in the area, it is better to look for another option.

This is a good hotel with an unbeatable location. Reasons to give you the best score possible depending on what I look for in a hotel:-For me the most important thing about the room is the shower and the cleanliness. Excellent cleanliness in general. 5 stars.
— Another tremendously important thing is the quality of the breakfast. Hotel Gromada has a huge variety of breakfasts, including strong breakfasts with scrambled eggs, grilled sausages and much more. 5 stars.
-location is simply excellent. 5 stars.
Points for which some people do not give 5 stars: The rooms do not have a fridge and the TV is more than old. Personally they are not things I use in hotels.
In short: Whenever I come to Warsaw I am staying at this hotel and I will continue doing so.

Great location to the center, to the bus stop to and from the airport and to the station. Clean, quiet and good breakfast. Recommended. Great Price/Quality.

Clean, basic. A bit old and grey from the inside (room 172). But surely a cheap and central place to stay. Good connection the center, station and old center. Oh and staff, don't forget to smile. ;)

Comfortable rooms, but very small single beds. We switched to another double bed room and the difference was instantly! Good location and good breakfast.

The hotel is well located. The "deluxe" rooms are just mediocre and the beds are as comfortable as camping. If you can invest 10-20euro more per night and go into a 4

Solid hotel with no great charm, especially at the staff. Breakfast buffet is very good.

Chaotic and overcrowded reception. A single lift for Q go all. Outdated and Cutrecillo. It is well located, it's your only point in favor. The room is spacious but the beds are terrible and they are fatal, they do not have a bed sheet and as soon as you move a bit you are on the mattress. We have been brought here on an organized trip and we have been cast well…

The location is good near centralna station and about 1km walk to the old town. The breakfast is open buffet with delicious and yummy taste, The reception is welcoming and friendly, however I don't recommend it for someone travelling for business because the Wi-Fi is very very very slow, I couldn't access my email easily or have video chat with my family. As well, it seems that the air-conditioning is not working well, it gonna be a little bit cold at night. Though, I liked my stay!

It was a very nice Hotel. Air conditioning not included in the price of the standard rooms, you can have it with a few euros in + per night. Breakfast buffet with a few sweets but salty in abundance. It is 2 steps from the train station and bus and Metro stops although, starting from Gromada, you can visit the whole old town on foot. Only fault the staff are not courteous, but you know that the poles are a thousand miles away from Italian hospitality.

We stayed in a recently refurbished room on the first floor. This place is huge and the elevator was out of action for our whole stay. The breakfast is varied but sticks to Polish staples. The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. Our double bed was two singles pushed together with two single quilts. Comfortable enough but a proper double or queen bed would have been better. The shower water is super hot, so be careful! The air conditioning in our room was superb.

Good value for money, great location near the center. If you have rooms facing inside and the heat you are forced to open the windows do not sleep because of the continuous noise of engines located on the stable in front. Good breakfast though deprives of sweets. Our room furnished with pretty modest bill furniture was spotlessly clean. The staff at reception does not smile is uncommunicative and if you try to ask for some puffy info, at my request to know the parking fees located in the basement of the hotel told me to go and inquire in the parking lot.

A bit old-fashioned hotel. Good location in the center near the main street and 1.7km from the old part of town. The quiet part of town does not have noise during the night. Rooms have air conditioning, TV, minibar. The breakfast is good with choices for all tastes.

No aircon, beds are tiny, had to open a window for air. Food was actually yummy though. Nice sausage and pancakes. Slow elevator. It's just a place to sleep. I must say that the decorations looked cool, they were cultural.

Pay for parking. Very accustomed and come in the years.

Never check in for the Friday or Saturday, unless you are the clubbing type. There is a nightclub on the corner of the block with the hotel so you will be up until 4am. It's, otherwise, just a half decent hotel. Nothing fancy, nothing terrible. Big spread for breakfast. Decent Polish restaurant in the basement. The selling point is the central location which makes it so easy to get around.

Discreet Hotel, conveniently located (close to the train and metro station, the bus terminal of the Palace of Culture) and not far from the city centre of Warsaw. We stayed in a standard triple room, quite spacious and clean but sparse, lacking the minibar and hair dryer in the bathroom, with not very comfortable beds. Another flaw of our stay: Elevator not working!
PS: I do not express myself on breakfast, not having taken advantage.

The hotel is central but the standards are not high. Only one elevator that hobbles when it comes to the third and last floor. In the morning, during the breakfasts is always busy and it is better to walk up.
The room is comfortable but lacking a hairdryer in the bathroom, you have to ask at reception and the vacuum cleaner at least in my room did not work. Also the shower stall was broken but reported the thing the next GG was repaired. The heating the first night gave African hot… Out there were zero degrees, the second night instead it made it hot…
Breakfast especially with regard to Italian culture is not that great, two puff pastry cakes filled which among other things were also dry…
I would go to this hotel just for the strategic location…

Really can't say a lot. We checked in, went to bed, gotta up the next morning and left. There was a mix up with my original hotel and they put us up for the night. They were very nice though.

Good location, underground parking, an elevator with parking, the hotel consists of two buildings, a comfortable lobby and restaurant, where good Wi-Fi.

Old, ugly and dirty. Stay away.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, close to any form of transport, the Palace of science and culture in 7 minutes on foot.
Room good, simple and cosy.
We had breakfast included which is just great.
Of amenities: we settled much earlier put time and quickly fixed the nezakrytoe window in the room.
The hotel offers complimentary safety deposit box (at reception).
In General, the hotel corresponds exactly to its costs and 3 stars!

I don't know why the hotel has relatively low rating (3.6 of 5 at the moment). For a 3-star hotel everything was just great in the hotel, and location in the center of Warsaw made it easy to get to different important places without taking any transport.

OKish hotel, clean and good location. However, it's got an ugly socialist time style and offers nothing to beat tons of newer or stylish hotels around.

Greater Horrible. La Hotel shame I've had the opportunity to visit. Cold in a horrible room had two beds when we ask for one. The Wi-Fi was not, there was no hair dryer in the bathroom, which was also dirty. They told you that they were not responsible for any belongings in your room. The walls were paper, I listened to the noises of the bathroom of the above and for high in full works at 7 in the morning, awakening not only light curtains that do not exist but also machines them. If you want to make works that will close the hotel. And as a corollary of this, staff was offended claims and you tried as if you were an animal wrong and refused to make a refund after the first night of terror. That you say you have cold in Poland and not turn you heating or offer a blanket is simply inhumane. A SHAME! Any authority should review this establishment, is a scam.

Windows were difficult to open and close, electrical plugs were behind the TV and not near the bed. TV had only 17 channels. But rest was good.

The hotel is good. The room was clean. Yogurt sometimes come across hard cheeses.

I spent there one week. The location of the hotel is quite good, personnel itself was just ok, can't complain about them. From the other things, I think I can find just negative ones… : * The hotel is not so small. There is just one lift though, which is unbelievably slow, so almost of no use. * Breakfast room and its organization not really big/good enough for the amount of the people (it was overcrowded, hard to move around, personnel not managing re-supply missing food). * Though I stayed for a week, they gave me every time Wi-Fi password valid for 24 hours only, so one had to ask for a new one every day. * The hotel was not as clean as I'd expected on a similar kind of hotel. The corridor walls were quite dirty, the same the carpets in the corridors or in the room. * The furniture (at least in my room) looked like it still remembers the time of USSR :). * The mattresses looked like rather some cheap ones. For me personally, not much comfortable. And noisy :) * The desk was just enough for one person, not possible to sit two people with two laptops at it. * No electric plug close to the desk where one could connect e. G. His/her laptop. * Not able to provide more than one key from the room (though we were officially two of us at the room). * No aircon. The room was quite hot even during the time we were there (May), good luck during the hot summer… * No fridge / minibar / hot water kettle in the room.
