Nice/helpfull staff, amazing location, quiet and spacious, internet works perfectly, many showers and clean environment. Recommend it, stayed 4 days.
Great location, Beautiful old building, Reception staff are friendly informative and speaks english. I stayed in dorm room of 6 beds, they gave me towel and closet with key. The shower is in the corridor outside, as I prefer, not to wake up the others. Breakfest is not included, No simple food store close by, The traditional resturant in the Rinek street was a disappointment.

Horrible horrible experience. We booked a room for wedding guests for two nights. The first night our guest was waiting for their room for over an hour at 2am in the morning as the hotel lost her room key. In the end the key never got found and they moved her to a more professional hotel. Second night was suppose to be for a second guest but one reservation so they don’t have to go through check in/check out process and the second guest can access the room earlier in the morning. Because the key never got found she had to wait with a little son for another guest to check out (5 hours). She got offered a car park for 100zl extra. Then of course the guest got upset and left, never ever wanting to come even close to this horrible place. I called asking for not being charged for a second night as we did not want to come back because of their way of handling the situation from the previous night. I tried to be nice and really, we didn’t even want a refund from the night where nobody even stayed in the hotel due to them loosing the key, I just wanted to cancel the second night. I was told that my guests are dirty and they will charge for the second night either way. And not only that, they took our money for both nights and the guest from the first night had to cover the second emergency hotel from her own pocket. I was told by the staff that it’s my problem and we can write any reviews we want as they don’t care. So there it is. Horrible horrible place, never ever book.
