Very nice apartment with excellent views over the market square and the old city hall! Top location the owner was super helpfull! One thing to remember is that it could get quite noisy there at nights over weekends but it was expexted as with most city centre apartments.
We stayed one week at Kuznicza 48: Perfect location and a nice economy apartment — 2 very nice separate rooms, no luxury but nice and clean, every necessary aplication at hand. Though there was no washing machine, our host, Mr Marek, was exceptionally helpfull with good tips and pointers to everything we needed. Will definitely stay at CertApart again next time we visit Wroclaw.

Kuznicza 48. Wroclaw. Very noisy place, difficult to sleep at night. No net curtains and the people from opposite flat watching you. The landlord wishes you to clean after your stay, but no kitchen cloth, no washing liquid, no soap and we had to buy more toilet paper. Not even a bin liner? Wifi connection has gone after the first day and the electric points are about to fall, so frightened to use in case of a glitch. The iron with wires sticking out so do not use! Landlord tries to be helpful and is friendly but needs to put a bit of work into it.
