A nice and clean hotel.
Very nice staff.

The price is high, the staff are friendly, the food is cooked well. In short, if you have a lot of money to go here, because here mostly come local majors or people who think that at least somewhere to spend the night.

Large clean rooms with a small well-run restaurant as the hotel is eccentric from downtown Wroclaw. 15 min by taxi from downtown.

Old and dirty room, small and uncomfortable pillows. Lower quality than in Ibis Budget.

Great, clean hotel. Even gave us a little gift for our baby on check in.

Location is a short tram ride into the old city. Parking available in an outside gated car park paid at reception. Rooms were clean and comfy, portacot was provided on request as we travelled with a baby. Restaurant breakfast was fantastic! Would stay again.

Simply simple rooms, toilet door which does not close, open windows badly, branches for close, everything old and warped. Was here with a travel group for one night, private I would not stay here. French bed was OK. For this one night. Breakfast also OK.

Good standard for a good price, with online booking and payment I can save up to 20%. I used this hotel already several times and I will use it again. Large rooms with writing desk and sofa, good breakfast. But … Minus one star because of extra payment for parking and noise insulation. Could be better if you have noisy neighbors. If you are looking for cheaper accomodation you can use Ibis Budget just next to this hotel. Not bad, but I like better breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are large, beds comfortable, clean bathroom, Very nice buffet breakfast. About a ten minute walk to public transportation. A 10 to 15 minute ride to the train station and town center.

They made a mistake on a prepaid reservation and during the check out they made us pay for a room that was already paid. This was not fair at all. Our experience was really bad therefore we will not use Novotel anymore. They should have admit the mistake and do not let us pay for a room that was already paid. Checking the hotel reviews on TripAdvisor I saw that this happened also to someone else. Really terrible customer experience.

Hotel located on the outskirts of the city, about 400 metres from a tram terminus (lines 7 and 15) removed. The hotel is somewhat older, set up is in order.
Very nice breakfast buffet. Staff is fast filling up. The freshly made omelets are positive to highlight.
What is missing is an air conditioner in the room. So in summer I would choose rather another hotel, otherwise you go alright. Beds are very comfortable, stable and fast Wi-Fi.

Big, clean, without klimatyzacjim a little hot in the South. Pleasant staff, fast, efficient, great bar. Prices affordable. Everything in order. We there again I'm going to sleep.
