Top pool with jacuzzi, very clean hotel and very friendly team.

I had one of my best Hilton stays here. I travel a lot and have been in many hotels everywhere, and this one was by far the best one. The staff was super friendly and spoke great English. They gave me a cookie, free upgrade, and free welcoming drink. The hotel was very clean, the room was perfect, and it was sound-proof. The pool was really nice as well, and the gym well equiped. The breakfast was among the best I have had; full of international and local options, all delicious and fresh. The location is very good, in front of a beautiful park. Definetively recommend it!

I've been there for a week due a business trip. Quitely new, clean and well kept. The breakfast is amazing. The reastaurant is good, but the service is unfortunately too slow, al least 2 hour for a starter and a main course meal. Globally everything is very good, even the spa are with swimming pool with jacuzzi and the sauna.

Very nice hotel. Everything was perfect except for the person taking room service orders over the phone could have improved English, so something minor was wrong with my order … other than that — a great stay. Rooms fairly quiet from city, but could still hear an occasional water flowing through pipes from shower in room above us. But otherwise a great stay.

Everything is best, both service, ambience, food as well as the rooms.

W szczegolnosci chcialam podziekowac Panu Tomkowi I Jaroslawowi (Concierge) za dopracowanie kazdego szczegolu pobytu, Pani Elizie (Recepcja), Panu Wojciechowi (Restauracja) za super usmiec…h I wiedze z zakresu menu (w tym rowniez szefowi kuchni — Panu Jakubowi) oraz obsludze sniadaniowej. Jestescie prawdziwa wizytowka tego miejsca I nie moge sie doczekac, by Was ponownie odwiedzic. PS. Wybor posilkow na bufecie sniadaniowym przewyzsza najsmielsze oczekiwania — od swiezo wyciskanych sokow, buraczkowego carpaccio po panna cotta. Zdecydowanie miejsce, ktore trzeba odwiedzic bedac w Lodzi! — — — — — — — — — — — — — Just a quick note to say that it’s one of the best (if not the best) hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is simply amazing – so polite, accommodating and helpful. I have booked a stay for my mum’s birthday and they went an extra mile just to make this stay unforgettable for us. Especially, I’d like to thank: Pawel & Jaroslaw (Concierge), Eliza (Front Office), Wojciech (Restaurant) and all the breakfast staff. You guys are truly incredible asset to the hotel’s team. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed. PS. Breakfast buffet is mind-blowing.

The hotel is in a great location and the pool on the 10th floor is fantastic.

Excellent location, fair prices & professional service. When we entered the room, it wasn't ready (unmade beds etc) but the folks from the hotel immediately gave us another room plus a voucher for free drinks in their bar. Kudos!

(0= bad, 1= 0k, 2=good, 3= better then expected) Hilton Group, 10 floors, Restaurant, Bar, indoor-pool (overlooking the city), Sauna, Spa, car park to pay, Next to 3D-Cinema, friendly staff, very good breakfast with different eegs on order. Food excellent 2017: room 804 (HH-room), double bed room overlooking Lodz to the north with carpet, Flat-TV, big save, desk, separate bath room with open shower, very clean, only showerhead with lime.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Spacious rooms, great service and an awesome bar. Definitely will come back again.

The Doubletree brand is a good one and this venue does not disappoint. The hotel is attached to a significant conference centre with all facilities from cavernous exhibition halls to private meeting rooms. Service was unobtrusively good, the room modern and bed comfortable. To be excellent would have needed USB charging points in the room with faster check-in and checkout but overall I'd very happily stay again.

Amazing hotel. Wifi coverage is one of the things that I found better than anywhere. Close to center and has huge park next to it.

Hotel with a very wide room and great bathroom. Swimming pool is nice and breakfast as well. The only bad point is the expensive parking and very far from the Center.
