Absolutely exquisite pasta, lovely atmosphere, good service. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately we had this time a very unfortunate situation on Sunday the 3rd.
We order Tatar and soups, the was no Tatar no soups, we orders ribs, the was no ribs at the end we orders some pizza and some poledwiczki that looks like some leftover from other dishes and the chips was already cold when arrived to my table, I asked the waitress to try those chips and she alone realised that was cold, so I’m guessing that was some left over from some one else and just have to me.
All in all we just shared the pizza the already was at the table and the 5 of us went to Ziar the kebab next door to have some food…. Wow exactly what I wanted for my evening.
I understand that was Sunday and you all had very busy Saturday but still not excuses for cold served food.
I had a video of the dish but I can not upload it I can only upload photos either way the was 4-5 pieces of meat drowning in some liquid souse very poor presentation.

Tasty food and greit atmosphere.

My trip in Torun was almost perfect. Honestly I read a lot if good review about the food here. I confidently made a booking with my friend to go here and enjoy our steak night. However, out of my expectation, the Sirloin steak was really over rated. I ordered the Medium rare steak but the first time, it came out as Well. I might doubt that because of the hot stone so it cooked my steak so well. Then I asked to changes, but the second time, only my friend got medium rare, my steak is still Medium Well. I couldn’t finish the most expensive meal because the meat was too hard to chew and honestly the restaurant was so busy, I didn’t bother to ask the staff to change again.
The wine was really good, starter was good but only main dish was a terrible experience for me.
I have to say, the location is really nice, nice view and nice decoration but the food is a No for me. If I go to a restaurant, I expected to have a good food. Hope the restaurant can improve their food quality.

This hotel is in a great location, it's in the middle of old Torun. Everything thing is in walking distance. The hotel rooms are very large with a separate bedroom and a large living room. There is no car parking at the hotel so you will need to drop your luggage off and park a fair distance away if you rent a car. There is also no elevators, you may have to walk up four stories.

Stayed there for over 5 nights. Must admit amazing location, incredible stuff and great accommodation. Everything was more than perfect, food in the mornings, assistance of the stuff and the location itself. Strongly recommend :).

5 stars from me, definitely coming back at some point for another long weekend. Exceptionally nice and problem-free staff, helpful with every occasion. The room itself was just magic.

I've been to Torun and in this hotel twice, it's great hotel with great personal, I would always come back here.

I spent here 5 wonderful days this year. Great antique rooms! Awesome staff and food! I will come back next year for sure! Nice regards ;).

I highly recommend Apartments Torun, wonderful place that you feel the magic of The City. Ideal for short stay and a common family leave. Excellent service, which allowed me to learn a bit of Polish culture. Definitely recommend this place with friends who plan to stay in Torun.
