Cold, damp, bathroom poor, run out of hot water, no heating and bedding feels and smells damp all the time, perhaps owner should get the heating issues sorted quickly. Its difficult to pick and drop keys off, this should be easier to drop off perhaps a secure post box? Out side looks appalling as well as entrance foyer. Apartment is noisy due to poor sound insulation due to busy cobbled road and noisy vehicles.
