Amazing hotel, decoration and rooms are beautiful, restaurant's terrace is perfect and food is very good, we tasted polish cuisine.

A great hotel and spa experience just a short distance out of Krakow central. The hotels exterior, interior fittings and furnishings are all top notch. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and incredibly professional. The hotel offers great value across all its offered services. The hotel restaurant dinner is a must during your stay, they offer a wide range of local and more international dishes, all prepared and served at a world class standard. The hotel is also within walking distance of the famous Salt mines, a UNESCO world heritage site. The hotel has its own indoor pool and spa facilities, offering a full range of treatment at a fair price. Would strongly recommend booking Turowka Hotel and Spa.

Confortable big room and very low price. Food in restaurant is also good. I recommend you to take sauna and swimming in this hotel after visiting salt mine which is only 15 minute distance from this hotel.

I stayed here for a couple of days and was able to enjoy the beautiful lights effects in the swimming pool: in the evening the reflection in the glass gives you the feeling of floating in space. The interiors are totally classic and there is a great organisation for guest with children. The restaurant offered us an already composed menu which was one of the biggest surprises! I can't describe how much I appreciated the hospitality and the dinner, truly one of a kind.

Great hotel for staying and overnight. Flexible customer service System depending on the situation, the client always gets the desired (within the law of course). They justify their stars at the entrance to the hotel. We wish them another star and prizes for their attitude to customers.

Great service, quiet as it is in Wieliczka but not in the center (which is still at a walkable distance). Great jacuzzi + pool, they offer massage services onsite also. Dinner was truly great and not at all scarce, as often is the case in upscale places. Hotel has an historical atmosphere that may not be of your like if you prefer functionalities and modernity. Good bar, nice breakfast. Watch out for the numerous families choosing this hotel as it may become not quiet anymore.

Nice hotel, good service. Spa is a little bit smaller than I expected (2 saunas, "salt cave", massage room and jacuzzi). At the pool are 5 beds only. Rooms are spacy and comfortable. 2 bottles of water are available for free every day. Read the instructions before using the deposit to not lock it unwillingly. Parking is extra payed 10 pln per day. It should be already included in the room rate. Internet connection was available in the room, sufficient for web browsing, not suitable for video skyping. We were satisfied with the service.

It would be a 4 star creates it but not quite the breakfast is quite bad, staff stands rum, does not cover a table you have to pick yourself the cutlery, selection and quality are quite flimsy also for Polish conditions. The parking lot has to be paid separately, also for the Zugeparkt. Staff speaks no German, the rest is neatly clean and very classy equipped.

Clean rooms, nice staff, the dining room not very attractive, feels like a cheap diner, not a nice place to have dinner, breakfast. Plus the food for dinner wasnt good although we tried the most expensive dishes.

Very good had very little issue's with anything at all. The pool was great, the rooms are excellent, and it's easy to access from the auto routes, that's if you have a good sat nav, very important now a day's. The only thing that irks me is they charge a daily fee for parking, although not much but I hate these hidden fees. Surely they could include the parking fees within the overall cost when you book. That said, if you are planning to come to Krakow consider this hotel.

Great for weddings. The spa is limited and you have to give an hour's notice to turn on the sauna and steam room. The food service outside of the wedding was slow and irratic. We were a party of 6, 2 of the meals came after 1 hour, another 1 20 mins later and the rest over the next 25 mins. No real apology was offered. Hotel rooms are nice, well appointed and clean. However the proximity to the train tracks including level crossing makes for a loud setting.

Very nice and affordable place close to Krakow. Easy to get to with only 20mi train ride from Krakow main station. Food and service was excellent and room was in good condition and cozy.

Very nice hotel. Probably the best one in Wieliczka. During Euro 2012 Italian players stayed in that hotel. Rooms are very nice. Hotel has some medium size conference rooms so a company meeting can be held there. There is also quite special swimming pool, not very big but fully made of stainless steel. Also cuisine is quite nice. Its location is also very convenient — 5 minutes walk from railway station, 5 minutes walk to Salt Mine Museum. Nice park located on the opposite side if the road.
