Brilliant hotel and staff highly recommended.

Great place to stay, very friendly and helpful staff, there was a good selection for breakfast and the room was clean and very spacious. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This was a clean friendly and helpful place to stay, central for everything but quiet so we slept well Lovely people and lovely place. If booking here be aware there are 3 floors and no lift but I would definitely stay there again.

Our first time in Krakow and we were lucky to have picked a hotel with just the loveliest staff! Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done in such a happy, professional manner!
The hotel room was lovely and clean and the breakfast provided was amazing! Twice we asked for the optional packed lunch to take out and it was fabulous… well worth the 25pln. As a fussy vegetarian there was plenty of choice for me too.
The hotel offers a 24 hour service and couldn’t do enough to help.
As stated earlier, all the staff were friendly but I would like to give a special mention to Joanna who was simply wonderful!
We only had 5 days in Krakow but could have done with many more! We’ll definitely be returning and will 100% be booking this hotel again!

Just stayed here for 3 nights and was very happy with the room, the staff were friendly and it's only a 10 minute walk to the centre so in a good location, I would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms, with a great choice at breakfast. Well situated for exploring this lovely city, highly recommended.

Despite the amount of good reviews this place has (which I am shocked at) people should really consider the bad ones before booking.
Some members of staff are very rude, definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Great experience with a hassle free stay, checking in was straight forward and satisfying in the knowledge that the hotel feels safe 24/7 when out and about, especially if travelling alone and away for most of the day. Staff where all helpful too if anything required or needed replacing. The location was excellent between the old town and especially the wonderful Kazimierz.

This was my 4th time in Krakow and my favourite hotel. The location was great down a small quiet street but only 10 mins walk from the main square, Jewish Quarter and 20 mins from the castle. The staff were all very friendly and made us welcome, nothing was an issue. Our room was very clean with plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel with few services to the client is an older building, large rooms but bathroom a little house of dolls, there is no elevator or a room where you take something or wait. For my only two positive things about the cleanliness and the location of the hotel and also the reception staff and in particular one employee that speaks Spanish.

Stayed here for 5 nights while exploring Krakow and the surrounding area. Friendly staff, room was clean and quiet. The hotel is a short walk from the city center. Would certainly stay here again.

Good location and quiet. Super nice staff. Parking is a small shortcoming. Next door is a guarded parking lot. Should be included and offered when booking. Not to experience a nasty surprise. Breakfast is excellent and more than adequate. Air conditioning and a refrigerator are available for the summer months. Safe is in the wardrobe. Walk to the old town without stress 15 minutes to Schindler's factory about 30. All walking. Nevertheless, there are buses and trams here. Everything that is feasible in the case of nous ielen can be easily achieved without your own car. So total relaxation.

Ok this hotel isnt the height of luxury but I was amazed at how good it was for the price. Very spacious modern clean room in beautiful old building on the edge of the historic Jewish quarter of Krakow. 10 minutes easy walk to the city centre 5 minutes walk to the centre of the Jewish quarter. Excellent varied self service breakfast. Polite and helpful staff. I would use again.

This was my 2nd stay here and it didn’t disappoint. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. All the staff are lovely and welcoming and very helpful. The location is superb, approximately half way between the old town and Jewish Quarter, easy walking distance to both. I will definitely be back to stay here again. Thank you Leone.

Hotel staff friendly and helpful, breakfast experience was enjoyable with a wide selection of food. Only down side was the walk up to the top floor as there was no lifts — but not a major problem. Small comment — had no basin plug in the bathroom, used shaving top to solve problem!

It was clean and conveniently located. The breakfast was delicious, the staff very friendly, polite and helpful. It would have been great if we had pillows… Unfortunately there were only blankets but for 3 nights it went well without pillows.

Only small black dot is the faint phonic sunstroke.

Nice cheap hotel, no electricity near the beds, 1st floor should get some attention. But for that price only recomadations. No complains. Breakfast made it all oke. Nice girls Monica and Ella, very friendly service and fresh baked eggs. Nice people at the reception als very friendly and kind.

We spent 3 nights here in March 2018. The weather was very cold but our room was always warm. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with the offer of eggs cooked in a variety of ways each morning by the cheerful, friendly waitress. Lovely.

I don't recommend it. I wonder how deprived voyage can propose it.

Enjoyed staying here. Great price and position to explore Krakow. Breakfast good in nice dining. Bedrooms large and comfortable. No frills. Excellent staff.

Staying at this hotel at present. Clean, tidy doesn’t look to be in the best of areas as probably the reason why there is little to no pictures of the outside. Train tracks run up the side/back of the property but you wouldn’t know they where there.
Good location and easy to walk to main square etc. No lift in the property and after walking all day the hike to the top floor can be a pain.
We arrived on Sunday and have waited and are still waiting on our TV being fixed in the room. Found the reception staff to be very rude and dismissive when we asked for the 3rd time about it, not good customer service!
Wouldn’t book to stay again.

A bit far from downtown, about 10 15 minutes from downtown. Very clean room. Friendly and respectful Service.

From the first moment we arrive, we feel welcomed! Great staff, who are very attentive and willing to help from recommending places to eat, calling a taxi, helping with luggage that missed the flight, to just sharing the beautiful culture of the region. We always enjoy our stay! Rooms are always clean, well kept and roomy. Well located, and it’s an easy walk to the major spots of interest. We will be staying here again on our future visits! We love the atmosphere, the people, and the hospitality that is shown us!

Stopped here for three nights. We had a very comfortable room, the staff were pleasant and helpful and the breakfasts were great. In a great location only 10 minute walk to the main square.

This is a great place. Its, situation adds to its, appeal. Only ten minutes, walk from the main square. Lots of good places, to each just round the back, especially newly opened "Pod Katarynka, ul Brzozowa 15! Traditional old fashioned polish dishes! Breakfast great, staff very helpful and speak good english. They arranged our trip to Auschitz with coach picking us up at the hotel. Definitely would come again.

Large rooms with comfortable beds. Large bathroom and lots of space. Free breakfast is very good too.

Very nice mix of old and new. Room (3rd floor, no lift, new) ample space, very well equipped — fridge, safe, good beds. Nice staff, very attentive, very quick to clean up. On hot days (and it WAS hot all week) the air conditioning is a welcome relief. Would definitely go there again — but perhaps not on the 3rd floor.

From the noment we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The breakfast room was ideal with plenty of variation for you to choose from. The hotel is situated 5-10 mins to the main square and everything you need is there.
Down stairs there is a small but adequate bar room open between 3-9pm which serves bottle and draught beer and also food.

I had a ridiculous experience with this hotel today. We had two nights booking at this aparthotel but when we arrived, the receptionist told us that there was no room left and they asked us to stay on the other aparthotel. They mentioned that the other aparthotel has the same quality. But reviews from tripadvisor do not seem agreeing with them. The new aparthotel only ranks 100+ while Leone ranks at 20+. The price to book the new aparthotel is also cheaper. To make it worse, they did not even inform us earlier with a reason that they dont have our email. How come they have such an uggly system that allows us to book their hotel online but they can't see our email. Such a shame service!

Spend a night there and of course that I recommend it. The relationship quality price is super. Good location, well conunicado with historical and quarter Jew walk downtown and train station to two paramericana in the tram 52.
