Simple and cheap hostel, friendly stuff.

It's a nice hostel, the staff was nice and the apartement was clean.

Nice place to stay in the heart of Krakow. Family room, breakfast, all included.

Friendly staff but room is a little bit small.

Hostel is in a good area, quite quiet, close to the river which had a lovely view of the castle (5 minute walk away) and the town square is about a 15 minute walk away.
Nearby is a corner shop and also a pharmacy shop. Pick up points for the see krakow tours are also round the corner.
The staff at the hostel were extremely helpful! Nothing was too much trouble for them. They booked our trips for us, took us to the pick up point and even ordered our taxi back to the airport!
I can't recommend this hostel enough!

Cheap hostel, best if you go with group of friends.

Terribly noisy place. Neighbors upstairs always run like elephants all day. Party guys in the building listen to the rock music in the middle night. Old people yell in the early morning. If you would like to have some nice sleep, don't choose this one.

I stayed here 1 year ago, in July 2013. At the time, it was the best deal on a hostel with vacancy in Krakow. I stayed in 2 different rooms, for a total of four days. The place is small which means they are friendlier than a big hostel, but also more prone to little problems. + Cheap + Free, simple breakfast at 09:00 + Free tea and coffee all day + Not a far walk from downtown + Free Wi-Fi + Room locked, and they take care of bag/luggage security if you have to leave + very accomodating (make sure you clean your dishes) — Owner did not speak English, but she could call someone who would translate when necessary — very hot, but they did say they would put fans in rooms soon — can be loud with people going in and out during the day, and party-goers at night — only two bathrooms and 1 en-suite room — no bag lockers My stay there went very well, all in all.

I spent a few nights here back in May and I met some nice people here. The owner however, was quite a nightmare. When me and my guests extended our stay, he charged a higher rate. If the owner didn't like some guests, he threw their food away from fridge. There was a hidden charge for the deposit of the key ($20) and also the Wi-Fi is very pricey and a very poor connection if you want to use your laptop in your room. Best signal is in the kitchen and the reception. Our advice would be to choose another option. We’ve stayed in plenty of places dotted around the globe but would rank this as one of the worst.

I do not recommend this Hostel. I made a reservation for a twin room 1 month before arrival. I received confirmation by email, text message and by phone. I paid the deposit as required. When me and my guest from Germany arrived at the hostel, we were told that there was a problem with 'overbooking' and that our room was taken. We were then referred to a low-cost student hall. This was rude and unacceptable on their part. If you want to feel confident about your holiday arrangements, please do not use the services of this hostel.

Great accommodation, clean rooms, a bit friendly staff and near city center. Everything excellent for me.

The location is ok. The building is very old, and the place inside is very old too. There is always a lot of noise! The door bell is always ringing. The employes are ok.

Great place, if you're looking for cheap accomodation in cracow I would recommend this hostel without hesitation! nice stuff, home atmosphere, big spacious rooms, free coffee and internet. Diana.
