As a travel agent I can be a little particular at times. So when I come across a little gem like the Queen Boutique Hotel it’s fantastic! I will be recommending this beautiful hotel to my customers. It has an elegance and wonderful atmosphere. Staff are friendly, clearly care for the guests and are attentive. What a wonderful place to unwind, see this beautiful city and relax in a spotlessly clean room at the end of the day. We are still here for two nights leading up to Christmas! How lucky we are. A wonderful hotel close to the centre of Kraków, understated and refined.
I would highly recommend this hotel in every way! Blog to follow when I’m home! Lovely spa, restaurant and amazing friendly staff. Breakfast is stunning, it’s immaculate and has a lovely vibe. We had a deluxe room for the first 2 nights, but had upgraded to the Queen Suite for the last 2 nights. Well, it is Christmas.

Wonderful hotel within walking distance of the Main Square and the Jewish Quarter. Rooms are lovely and the hotel reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

My wife and I have just spent the weekend at this stunning hotel, and can’t fault it one bit. Staff were top notch throughout the hotel and especially the restaurant/bar staff with their knowledge of all the food and drink. Parking here is difficult as there is none, spa is lovely worth a visit, the hotel is spotless so clean just need to change there menu alittle to add bar food, staff very polite.

Lovely, low-key and super convenient to both the old town and the Jewish quarter. Very young staff was friendly, respectful, helpful and always made us feel like we were their most important guests. Included breakfast was almost too much, but I really appreciated the unlimited coffee. Nice bar but never had a chance to try the restaurant. Bed was very comfortable, and the sheets and duvets were amazingly soft and cozy. Bathroom was pretty large and fully stocked. Spa was delightful! If I had known, I would have asked for a room with a view of the castle as those are on the back side of the building and therefore probably don't get the street noise (which wasn't a big deal as it turns out). I hear that the hotel will be closing for a period of time for renovation, which is probably a good idea. Chairs in rooms, though stylish at one time, seem a bit dated and really aren't comfortable, and other bits wear are starting to show. I would definitely come back as it has been a very comfortable 4-day stay.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel and had outstanding service. We were only there for 24 hrs. They set us up with a fantastic driver for the day that took us to the salt mines and Auschwitz. We dined there in the evening and had a fantastic meal. But to top it off, they were so kind to pack us a to go meal for breakfast because we had a super early flight out and would miss breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. We’re in a “basic” front facing room but it is big, comfortable and nice. Staff couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. The breakfast is excellent. The pick up and drop off service run by the hotel is excellent too — we incorporated an Auschwitz tour on arrival as well. The Kraków maps don’t do the location justice. Easy walk to the old town and a very short walk to all of the Jewish Quarter. Can’t recommend the hotel highly enough.

Excellent hotel. Just returned from a three night break and would highly recommend the Queen Boutique Hotel. Centrally located within walking distance of most major attractions. Our room was upgraded to a sky room which was well equipped, warm and comfortable. The hotel staff were excellent, very smart and efficient. We both enjoyed a spa treatment and used the sauna. All very good. Breakfast was a feast. We didn’t use the hotel for dinner so can’t comment but if breakfast was anything to go by I’m guessing the restaurant would be excellent. Would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

Excellent hotel ideally placed between the old town and former Jewish quarter of Krakow. Very comfortable room with friendly staff. Breakfast had a good selection and would definitely recommend staying here.

Great hotel and location my husband and myself have just returned from a 4 night stay here first class service from start to finish room was spotless and spacious and nice and warm staff were lovely and polite and breakfast was lovely we had fresh omelettes made most mornings but had a good variety for all tastes great Wi-Fi connection and we were only about 15 mins away from both the new town old old town would highly recommend this hotel.

We just returned home after 4 nights at this Beautiful Hotel, it was one of the Best Hotels I ever stayed in, I could not fault this Hotel at all everything was perfect. The hotel staff is so friendly and so polite, the check in / out was very quick and organised, the rooms are lovely decorated and so clean and lovely. I can only highly recommend this Hotel and I will certainly recommend this I am hoping to return to make time for the Spa.

Lovely hotel. Our first night in krakow was spend here. Bed was soft, good pillows, clean bathroom. Everything was good. We had cocktails in the bar. The bartender was really nice. He gave us information about cocktails but also about the city and where to go. Breakfast was good. Also hot breakfast available. We had a room at the side of the street and it's a busy Street. But we had no complaints about noise. Lovely first night in krakow.

Absolutely brilliant stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were friendly, polite and curtious. The hotel was very well presented. The breakfast served was delicious and fresh. Ideal location between the main square and the Jewish quarter. The staff were very knowledgeable about the tours to Auschwitz and the salt mines. The taxi pick up service was also excellent and very professional. Without a doubt I would recommend this hotel and will definately return in the future.

Fantastic hotel, very nice personnel and perfectly located. If you can, chose a room with a view on the wonderful garden. The room was very nicely furnished with attention to detail and breakfast is all one asks for in the morning.

A great hotel! The location is between the Center and the Jewish quarter. The staff are very friendly, and able to organize visits to sites like the salt mine.
The breakfast is very generous, the products are fresh and of good quality. The service is nice.
The room is spacious and functional. The room was clean and spacious.
The hotel also offers access to the spa: sauna with towel and shower available. As well as various massages. Including a very nice couples massage! Go there with your eyes closed!

I absolutely love the Queen Boutique Hotel — so much that I have chosen it for our wedding venue in May 2015. The hotel is beautifully decorated — a perfect mix of old charm and modern minimalism. The staff takes care of everything and they are all very polite. I also highly recommend the hotel's restaurant — Amaryllis.

Ideally located away from noise within walking distance of Old Town and Jewish quarter. Well appointed rooms, attractive modern decor, great breakfast and efficient and friendly staff. Nice little touches like umbrellas, free handcream and water in foyer. Excellent stay.
