Cool, clean place to stay… funky even. I really liked the feel and modern approach to being a hotel. Fast internet, tablet based controls for heating, lights, TV, etc. Thank you.

4 stars without bar fridge in the room, very centrally located and a bit noisy, but the staff is extremely helpful and professional.

Great hotel. Very friendly. Massive shopping complex across the road and great for getting into the old town 10 min walk.

Impressive. We were given a corner room with great views. The whole room could be controlled from the tablet: lighting, television, air conditioning, etc. Domotics worked perfectly. It is located very close to Florian's Gate and the Stare Miasto. Also, there is a huge mall on the other sidewalk. There was unlimited use of coffees, teas and infusions for hotel guests. The buffet is good and overall the whole hotel is very bright. Repeat.

Very modern and stylish hotel, rooms were spacious and clean. Staff helpful and location is really good. Will definitely stay here again when I’m next in Krakow.

Very modern Hotel and close to the center, main square within walking distance in 10/15 min. It has right in front of a big mall with shops and places to eat. Well served by taxis.

Easy access to center of touristic place and located in front of big shopping center and station. Hotel are very clean and mordern, new. Staffs are friendly. They got very good free tea. I had a extremely good sleep.

Excellent location, located next to central bus and traiin station and shopping mall. Walking distance of the old city. Good breakfast. There is free hot drink throughout the day, soundproofed rooms. Comfortable bed.

Amazing hotel. The only cons that I found are: The light is enabling automatically in the bedroom even at night and there were no option to disable this in the tablet. I didn't find the option to change screen brightness in the tablet.

Wow! The superior double room was lovely, perfect to relax after long days. Delicious cocktails in the bar too ☺️

Great option near the mall with wonderful coffee, comfortable lobby and control of everything in the room through the tablet.

Clean and tidy.

We stayed for 3 nights in the hotel! At first look is impressive, all works by tablet (lights, temperature, floor heat, Tv, etc). But it is not funcional. The temperature control is not precise or didn’t work well. The floor heat of bathroom didn’t work, the floor was cold. The view of the room is very poor. Maybe I was without lucky, I guess. But the location is fantastic. If you come by car, stop in the parking lot next to the hotel, half the price.

Small but very cozy rooms. Nice view from the windows and good food.

Beautiful hotel, great staff and rooms are all in home automation.

We stayed here for 3 nights after a recommendation from friends, The hotel is absolutely spotlessly clean, Rooms didn’t look that big online, we discussed the possibility of upgrading to a suite once we got there and saw the size of the room. The rooms are very spacious so we decided against a upgrade, the rooms are very modern, huge comfy bed, Bathroom has underfloor heating too! The staff here are so friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem, we arrived back at 2am and asked for extra towels in the morning, 5 mins later we were handed them by a very polite guy, the hotel offers free complimentary Coffee to take away! The Hotel is 5/10 min walk from the main Xmas market in the old square, very easy to find and get too. The Shopping centre, Train & Bus station is opposite the hotel, all in all this hotel is in excellent location and we would highly recommend.

Great hotel! The room is spacious enough and the shower is very nice.
Two bottles of flat and sparkling water each day as well as a tablet to control everything in the room (TV, temperature, light, alarm clock, …)
The bedding is not the highlight. The cushions are too soft! The mattress is good on the other hand.
Self-service coffee at any time near the reception.
The breakfast was very good.

Good location close to downtown and quite modern and clean.

GREAT location if you arrive by train or bus late at night — walk outside of the station and it's there. And across from a taxi / tram stop. 10 min walk to main square. Interesting, calming design. Comfortable, though a bit small rooms. Floor to ceiling windows. VERY comfortable beds. Bathroom walls are all glass but a heavy curtain can be drawn across the whole room for privacy. Tablet controlled lighting, check out, etc. (you can also check in using their computers if the friendly people at the front desk are busy with other guests) Impressive breakfast and complementary beverages in the lobby all the time.

It is a nice hotel, but the bathrooms in the hotel are made out of glass… Not my favorite. Also the twin beds are very close together.

Trendy interior and rooms and very nice people. A bit further from the main square than I would have preferred, maybe a 10-15 minute walk. Good coffee and bakery with morning hours is just around the corner at Sweet Life American Bakery and Specialty Coffee Bar which was the highlight of this hotel location. I would probably stay closer to the square when I return but this was just fine for a two night stay.

Amazing Place. Very cool and Friend Staff. I stayed for 2 months. Every day was like the first day. If I get a chance I will visit again.

The rooms are ridiculously small and uncomfortable. The food is bad in general.

Lovely new hotel with great design. Tablet control of lights and heating can be overly complicated, especially when you first arrive and you just want to sleep or the battery on the tablet goes flat! Call me old fashioned but I'd rather have a simple light switch and air con slider control. Happily stay there again.

The Hotel is very close to the centre. Very new, clean and very well decorated. Good breakfast. They offer free coffee or tea at the front desk. Certainly very good. It is in front of the train and bus station that go to the airport. Next door is a shopping mall with lots of options to eat. Good value for money.

Good hotel, good location to walk to the center, breakfast corrertos without excesses, the hotel puts many groups and breakfast is somewhat chaotic, the room well, only has a paste, qu the bathroom is glass and light is lit by sensors and lights the entire room mol Being the couple, for the rest very well.

Fantastic location just across the street from the train station. Excellent breakfast buffet! Also, unexpectedly learned that bikes may be rented for free! A 100 zloty deposit is required but you get it back when you return.

Really nice hotel. The room was really cool but the staff is simply spectacular. They consistently went out of their way to be helpful.

Fantastic place for a short stay in Krakow. It is bit on the expensive side (approx 9000 INR per night), however it has great facilities. Centrally located, comfortably large rooms, and have amazing breakfast buffet. The main-course menu is fairly decent, however, best option would be to walk to old town for at least one meal in a day. It is right opposite to biggest shopping complex (Galleria Krakowska) in Krakow.

Hotel is situated opposite the train and bus station and is about 10 Mon walk form the main square in I old town. It is a modern hotel and quite fun. You can control the room from a tablet provided (change the light settings, TV, air-conditioning). The bathroom is a glass cube in the corner of the room with a curtain for when you want privacy. Free tea and coffee was provided, you had to take a short trip to the machine in reception. We didn't find this a problem and meant we got pretty good coffee and didn't run out. I enjoyed staying there, but realise it is quite expensive so for special occasions only.

Great modern hotel with a good location. Very nice and friendly staff. Good quality and large selection of food and a free coffe. The only downside is that they have no gym but there are 2 fitnness clubs neadby so that's not a big problem.

Convenient location next to Galeria / Krakow train station and at the edge of old town. Room was on the smaller side, but with nice modern fittings throughout. Opted out of the (pricey) breakfast as there were numerous nice cafes within walking distance with great coffee etc. Restaurant space was pretty and inviting but dinner was slightly underwhelming — not too bad, but could do a lot better around the town. No gym, but there is a professional fitness centre around the block where you can get day passes for a reasonable price.

Overpriced compared to what they offer. No gym and poor food selection for room service. I appreciate modern style, but few things are over the top: everything is controlled with tablets, but with limited options and the toilet is in an aquarium (you can see it from any angle). The location is good.

One of the best hotels where I have stayed. It is five minutes walk of the Barbacane and in front of the train station but no noise problems or bad environment to be between both a luxury mall. It is a modern hotel and very nice, well communicated and with a young staff that bends over backwards for to make your stay the best possible.

Puro Hotel is very very impressive. It's a modern hotel located right in the centre of town. But that's not it's main draw, which is the fact that it's right outisde Krakow Glowny. If you're taking a train to Krakow, it could not be more convenient. The rooms are somewhat cramped (and not very big on privacy, what with the shower/toilet having glass walls), but the hotel kinda makes up for it by having the room electrical and electronic devices controlled via a tablet placed in your room. It sounds like a small thing, but you can control the TV (FULL control), Lighting, (on, off, multiple scenes and custom LED colours), house keeping/do not disturb, and you can call front desk from the tablet (and also check in and check out directly from the tablet. ) It's a pretty cool set up but it fell apart occasionally, usually when using the tablet to control the TV or use the internet — The app crashed several times, and at one point the tablet itself restarted. Minor niggles, but annoying enough. The hotel also offers free international calls (through the tablet), and free hot beverages in the lobby. The staff was also helpful, although we didn't need to talk to them very much — most things could be sorted out through the tablet. And since it's also opposite Galeria Krakowska (a big mall), you can get quick and cheap food and shopping, and it's also walking distance from the main square. It's a really lovely hotel.

New modern hotel. Near to main old square. Tablet for temperature and lighting control. Free cofee, tea from the machine in the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel. Very good price for all this.
