Good location for doing everything you need in Krakow. The rooms were adequate with a bar and snacks should you need them. Lovely staff and good breakfast.

First night here, staff very polite and helpful. Food great and brilliant chaps behind bar and serving the food well done to all.

This hotel was fantastic. The hotel were exceptional nothing was to much for the guest.

Absolutely love this hotel. It exceeded our expectations, staff were friendly and professional, food was out of this world and the drink selection was great. Nothing was too much trouble for staff, the rooms were clean and comfortable — the hotel was beautiful but not too stuffy — deserving of more than 3 stars! Mateusz was a favourite and kept our drinks flowing, and coming from London, the prices were very reasonable. It is located close to Wawel castle and the Old Town, they even leant us umberellas when it rained so we could still explore! Reception staff answered emails speedily and organised airport transfers for us. We would highly recommend this hotel thank you for such an amazing short stay xx.

Stayed there this week wonderful stay. The rooms were absolutely spotless, the staff were friendly couldn't ask for anything better breakfast was amazing and the checking out gift was a lovely gesture will be back.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is wonderful. I have never in my life been in a cleaner hotel. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Huge selection. Great location to Krakow attractions. Highly recommend. We stayed four nights June 2019. A great value.

Perfect location — wedged between Old Town and the more vibrant Jewish quarter. The hotel was very comfortable (despite small rooms), the staff was helpful, and breakfast was very good. I would absolutely stay again.

Had a lovely warm welcome, very friendly, room was great, nice and clean, lots to choose for breakfast, hotel in a great spot near the square and not far from the Jewish quarter, great hotel all round definitely go back.

Very clean, tidy and modern hotel. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Hotel facilities are a little compact but it's in a great location for getting in to the cry centre.

This hotel is a gem bordering the old town, everything within walking distance. Hotel very contemporary, staff delightful, room (premium) was easy to call home for a few days. Breakfast was amazing. Nothing at all is overlooked. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A hidden gem. I arrived without a reservation and thought the rooms would be quite expensive. It turned out to actually be a good value. What a great place. Friendly and informative staff.

Great club! Hot, dancing and a great atmosphere.

Nice atmosphere, but you'll end up smelling of cigarettes.
