Excellent location, spacious rooms and very friendly task that speaks multiple languages. Although it is not very expensive a little more attention to detail in the rooms would be desirable: amenities, issues with TV remote, bed quality.

Nice Hotel and kept well. Nice staff Discreet food. But when C is to return the deposit they look for anything to keep the money. For example they saw a stave of the bed cracked (it was already before the arrival) and they asked €150 to buy back the whole bed!

The room: I stayed here for 4 nights (dinner included). The room – a quadruple-adapted double – was relatively spacious, clean and welcoming, despite the presence of 4 beds. A fridge is available, as well as a bathroom with towels, shampoo and hand soap. 5/5 The Canteen service: on the breakfast nothing to say (normal) while on the dinner I would have preferred a self-service, just like the breakfast above. 3/5 The staff: The staff are nice, but… I do not express on the bail talk, which has sent down 2 points ~ and I was good ~ the total review…  I highly recommend you to be careful about every little detail of your room! And I recommend, again, to report immediately if there are any damage to the room-just entered-for example drawers that do not open etc. 2/5 PRO: + room;

I really liked the size of the accommodation — spacious two rooms and a bathroom. There was a TV with international channels, a fridge (empty), a separate desk, sofa with coffee table and a nice bathroom with a bathtub. The hotel has a lift so no worries about carrying your luggage up flights of stairs. The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing. Typical Polish cheese, meats and scarce vegetables fare, with cereals and yoghurt available. There were also bowls of fruits, pancakes and scrambled eggs. I had the later but the dish was prepared with oil and it tasted a bit weird. The location is just perfect!

Overall I can summarise that the Hotel Classic is acceptable. The nice reception and thr heating are positives, while no water and basic rooms could be considered negatives.

Perfect location near main square. The room was clean and nice and the staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good enough.

Basically a good hotel, clean rooms, 24h reception and close to the old town.

Hotel very basic breakfast was rubbish also rooms where clean but they charged us for a broken window what was already open and broken when we arrived.

Good relation quality vs Price … very nice staff very helpfull and prestable … good location … near to all atraction of city…

Great location old town, after all, is a three star hotel, room conditions.

We were at the beginning of February for a weekend in Krakow and had chosen the hotel classic. In the first room we were given, the heater did not work. Feels like 16 ° C, it was "hot". We got another room immediately after question at the front desk. There the heater worked better, but was on a "hot" shower in the morning not to think. More moderately warm. Well.
The breakfast buffet was OK. We were satisfied, have seen in Poland but also significantly better (even in this price range).
All in all is a little worn but intact the room facilities. As far as OK.
Since it involves not a 5 * House has acted, what was of course known to us, I would say that the prize money for this location is OK.
The previously agreed transfer from the airport to the hotel and back worked perfect.
The location is super. 3 minutes walk to St. Mary's Church in the middle of the old town. Super.
To the Galeria Krakowska 5 min walk. Wawel is reached in 10. There to see in Krakow Yes anyway enough.
All in all, we had a great weekend, what had been but rather on the weather and the environment.
The hotel probably not again would I book.

Went there for a one week trip to Krakow, service was acceptable and all, the dinner menu could see some improvement, eating soup and chicken every day gets a bit boring.

The room they gave us (double converted to triple) was spacious, as was the bathroom. The cleaning was completely acceptable, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Only criticism I would have is on breakfast, somewhat reduced when compared to other hotels of the same standard, but still of good quality and more than enough. Price more than good.

Junior suite € 100 nickel night by booking! Large, well-equipped. Location of the hotel at the top.
