The atmosphere of this hotel is absolutely amazing! Everything from staff to the colours and smell of the room is 110%! Super cozy, relaxed, clean, and comfortable :) And the restaurant is fantastic!

What an amazing hotel very clean, warm and rooms beautifully decorated, only issue wish there was kettle in rooms to make a cuppa.

The aparthotel Oberza is a beautiful boutique hotel in the Jewish Quarter of Krakow. It is a rustic style hotel with each room having its own unique decorative style. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have tourist maps at reception and the staff are happy to discuss the routes to some of the main attractions. The hotel has an onsite restaurant which is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is a lovely boutique hotel where I would happily stay again.

Lovely quirky wee hotel, clean and very friendly and helpful staff, if you want to relax and not go too far some evening use the hotel restaurant you won't find much better, nice central location within a few minutes walk to everywhere. Highly recommended!

We loved the hotel. Our only issue was parking — had to feed the meter. I was told to part a short distance way thinking parking was free — I got a ticket. I moved the car to across the street and fed the meter. The hotel is in a perfect location. The Old Jewish area is just a short walk away. There is a very good restaurant next door and you can make reservations the night before — small but good buffet. There are restaurants close buy and less than a block away is a store open 24 hours a day.

Absolutely love this boutique hotel. The staff are welcoming and very helpful beautiful room little bit of noise in the front but I'm used to that at home they supply ear plugs if needed the food in the hotel is outstanding in a beautiful garden terrace. It's set in old Jewish town with a little square just behind which has bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend this place to stay when visiting Krakow it's a 5 minute work from the stare miasto.

June 2017 We were overcharged. We booked this hotel through their website & a price in euros was agreed. We paid the deposit & asked if we could pay the balance in euros, we were told that was not a problem. When leaving I went to pay the balance & was told it was more due to exchange rate, when I explained we had agreed the price shown the receptionist stated there was nothing he could do. It left a sour taste after a great few days in Krakow, the hotel is nice & the staff are very friendly.

Fantastic service, great location, cute and comfortable rooms.

Unfortunately we received some weird or not yet completed room (16). The bed was squeaking every single time you wanted to move, mattresses are already quite old so they are not straight but bent inside. And this room didn't have a theme so perhaps that's why it felt incomplete. Noise cancelation is not very good either, we could hear someone jumping or hard-walking in the room above, also when they used a bath. The bathroom was clean, but with broken off toilet button and very loose shower head holders. This hotel is really nicely decorated and cozy. Very good place in Kazimierz district where small bars and breakfast spots are located. Has a good restaurant and lunch place inside, with a discount for hotel guests. All the rooms have a specific theme and seemed nice, staff is helpful. You will receive a lot of information and maps during your stay so you can plan your trip better! Room amenities were good, soft towels and comfortable clean sheets.

Staff are excellent, rooms are cosy but it can be a little noisy. But the good well outweighs this.

Delicious mushroom soup served in bread. The dumplings are also worth a try.

Lovely. Booked this as a birthday surprise for my partner who has always been interested in Auschwitz. The hotel staff were so accommodating. They arranged our trips as soon as we arrived so that we could fit them all into our three days here. They also arranged cake and secretly put wine into our room. Food was amazing. Location is central. The rooms were even lovely although we only saw most of them in pictures. It's even an adventure knowing what theme you will be sleeping in. We were in the library. If you want to see trips a little less haunting and emotive we would also recommend the salt mines which is twenty minutes drive from the hotel. We've had an amazing weekend made better by our accommodation.

Tasty food, really friendly staff and nice, quiet atmosphere. Lemon tartufo was a bit disappointing but lamb chops were delicious and so was the cheesecake.

The hotel is a 30-minute walk from the bus station, which was the main cause of my choice. Do not spare a single moment. Room delightful! My "auto" style rooms struck immediately with the threshold. Staff helpful and polite. To my great regret was not long in Krakow and not visited the restaurant on the ground floor. But I will correct that omission on your next visit to Krakow. If you like a cozy little place of busy streets, I advise you to look at Oberża Sąsiadów.

A delightful building with even more delightful staff. I stayed for one week and for the most it was a very enjoyable time. The restaurant has a well deserved reputation. I am no food critic but my meal was one of the best I have had in my life,. My room was of a high standard, but a Hepa air filter really should be offered (the smog was quite noticeable). My last night was ruined by a disruptive guest in the room next to me. But I use this to again compliment the staff and service. My complaint was taken VERY seriously, a full refund was given (and hopefully charged to the offending guests account). I will certainly stay here again.
