Coolest hotel! Of course, it's not a center, but
— spacious rooms that have everything: bathroom accessories, coffee (with coffee machine! ), tea, water, refrigerator, safe, TV
— cleaning every day, all the elements make up (3 bottles of water put)
— every night some activity — jazz, massage, children's animation, sports
— polite and VERY responsive staff
— a variety of breakfasts, there is food for all tastes
— delicious food in the restaurant, the price tag there is above average, but it is 4 stars. Polish soup, tartare and dessert Pavlova are my favorites
There is a corner for children with toys and books
— In the lobby you can play table football, as well as play it on the console
The centre, as well as anywhere in the city, can be reached by bus, a minute's walk stop.

Modern chain hotel. Very clean, well staffed. Buffet breakfast excellent and goes well beyond its description of continental. 40 minute walk from the centre. Good, frequent bus service with stop just outside hotel.

Good hotel. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly and attentive staff. Convenient location. Can't recommend the restaurant. (My dish was so salty that I couldn't eat it. ) Overall, a nice place to stay. A-

A nice hotel with a good view of the city. I prefer shower stalls but, had a shower tub. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and spoke english.

I was there as an interpreter with a tour group. Very unfriendly service staff. There were few staff who were friendly. I apparently had an older room. Pretty consumed. Food/Breakfast o. K. But in itself standard. At least for me I can't recommend it.

The lobby decoration looks new and modern. There are book and game corners in the lobby area. Unfortunately it seems to be that XBOX game console not worked. About room, it's a bit older than lobby appearance but still okay in term facilities.

The hotel itself was perfectly fine and has met the standard. The staff was very friendly. However, at the moment it is completely renovated, which makes it possible to make appropriate noise during the day.

Just got back from a 3 night stay. Hotel reception very very nice, lovely friendly staff and bedrooms nicely set out and very clean, rooms very hot even with heating turned off. Only downside was breakfast not much selection on the cooked side and although plenty to chose from if you want continental breakfast just makes it a rather expensive breakfast I'f not. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again. Thankyou.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Cannot fault it. Staff friendly and polite. Breakfasts were great with plenty of choice. Didnt make use of the spa faciities. Rooms immaculate and plenty of room. Taxi into old town was around £4/£6 depending on time of day. Would def recommend.

This hotel is good for a city break as a couple. Out of the centre but there is a complimentary return shuttle service twice daily into town and back. Novo restaurant is great — very tasty. Were very helpful booking tours. Rooms are basic but fine for a short break. Showers are good.

Very new Hotel with good facilities and 10 minutes from downtown.

Really nice hotel. Spacious rooms and excellent food served in the restaurant. A bit far out of old town but there is a shuttle bus laid on if you need it.

Would’ve given 5 stars but only issue is the toilet isn’t connected to sink and shower. Paying around 200-250zł you’d expect better room amenities. However, staff is absolutely amazing from the kind cleaning service lady, friendly desk staff, and the very helpful buffet staff. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of foods and even omelette orders taken by the chef. There’s a shuttle twice a day to and back to Novotel Cetrum which is really convenient and saves the hassle of taking public transportation when trying to reach Rynek. Will definitely stay here again:)?

Good location, good specious rooms but rooms interior will take you in old days. Bed Linen was ok, exactly I don't like. Rest everything was fine.

Great stuff, bad organization. We have been in the hotel for a long weekend and all was great. Wonderful breakfast, great stuff and service. Hotel is located around 35 minutes walk from city center and claims shuttle service to and from old city. Sounds great but is not. This is only twice a day and served by a 9 seater which needs to go around a few times what means sometimes a long wait. Taxi ride is around 20 zł and is the best solution. The shuttle does not work. Other strange thing is all facade covered with advertising net with Novotel ad on it. As a result room view is non existent. To sum up: we will try not to use this Novotel unless no other option is available. It's too far from old city and shuttle service is inefficient.

Stayed here for a week. Had a room on the 8th floor. The room was really clean and comfortable. Had a good Wi-Fi connection. The breakfast was really convenient as there is not much in the vicinity. Used the pool and sauna too, really great that it has it. The staff was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Something far away located, but with several bus lines right from the city centre well connected. Beautiful rooms with air conditioning, nice breakfast buffet. Staff is fast and friendly. On the ground floor is also a beautiful indoor pool, and a sauna.

A quality hotel at value for money prices. Staff is friendly aand helpful and english is spoken. Although it is conveniently located in a quiet part of the town and not far from the centre, it feels isolated. There is absolutely nothing around, not even a coffee shop. There is a bar with clean drinks and a restaurant at the hotel premises. Food looked and smelled delicious. They provide shuttle services downtown twice a day and there are buses passing outside. Parking available but at a price.

Good evening, we stayed at the Novotel in three persons for 4 days at Easter 2016 and we were excited about this GREAT HOTEL, stayed with all the necessary comforts, great care in cleaning, family, kindness, politeness and friendliness of everything but I say all staff. Great pool. Excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner. Definitely worthy of a Grand HOTEL which we recommend.

Neighborhood case without charm. Architecture outdoor Stalin but redone very comfortable rooms. Breakfasts excellent (mention special for coffee in grain) and service to match. Ultimately very convenient if you have a vehicle. You can park easily out of the parking lot that is paying.

Good service clean nice stuff breakfast is very good well its a nice hotel simple and clean.

The hotel is is okay. Okay although not the latest but so far. There was a bathtub. The rooms were quite large, but I felt this hospital permanently in this hotel. The drinks in the minibar were prohibitively expensive. Location is not so great. Taxis in Poland are favourable. I no longer book the hotel. No recommendation on my part.
