I had to cancel my reservation due to the coronavirus epidemic.
They didn’t return the payment, they didn’t offer, at least out of decency, to postpone the reservation.
This is unfairly.

Yesterday between 7pm-8pm me and my friends were having a drink at the bar
The lady with blonde hair who was working behind the bar was Swearing and shouting at customers when they were ordering the customer didn't understand why she was angry as he didn't understand the language but she didn't realise I did, her attitude towards customers was unpleasant from the Time sat at the bar.

Convenient hotel close to the city centre. Very friendly staff!

Worst hotel ever! Very high price for nothing: poor breakfast, no amenities, small rooms, no terrace, no free parking. Sheraton across the street has excessively much to offer just for 10euros more.

+ good breakfast + clean rooms + close to the center of Krakow — very arrogant man behind desk and not helpful at all! — low water pressure in shower and toilet — terrible airco, it was VERY HOT in the room! — waiting lines to use the elevator — we asked for a taxi at the desk and the arrogant man said it would be too expensive: he wouldn't help us… We checked the IBIS-site and we booked our own taxi… Why didn't he help us?! + two towels a room is not enough for one day if it is 30 degrees… Conclusion: We had worse hotels, but we are not coming back.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The room was very warm and after the first night, it was apparent the air conditioning did not work. Got the run around and was lied to by the front desk; problem was never addressed. Followed up with Accor guest services, but the problem was not properly addressed.

It's a cozy hotel. Responsive staff. Decent kitchen. Good location. Everyone's around.

Room was clean and the bed was comfy. The service was helpfull and very nice. Chief of the restaurant part had created a fantastic atmosphere during the breakfast. Location is also good.

Popular hotel with tourist groups, I have spotted at least 2 bus loads of retired tourist couples each day at breakfast. The 3 star rating is primarily due to very small rooms for the price, the amenities in room are at best very basic. The hotel in general is well maintained. The best part is the great breakfast spread. Hot and cold options available. There is a restaurant on property and the options are decent. The hotel is Located at a walking distance from Wawel castle which is a major tourist attraction. Very close proximity to public transportation, shopping, restaurants.

Excellent location. The castle and the Old Town walk for about 10-15 minutes. Clean. Near a couple of grocery stores. The Restaurant in hotel expensive, compared to the city, but for the extreme case can be used.

Arriving without reservation I ask for 4 nights I speak not well English the person was not pleasant and made no effort and above all it is permissible to sigh in trouble.

Not the best hotel in this category that i've be en to. Our rooms AC was really noicy and didnt cool very well and the beds very well below avarage standard. On the positive side was the hotels resturant and personel who was great. Also the Hotel is location is at perfect distance from the old Town, Wavel and the Jewish Quarters.

The TV is tiny but Krakow is right outside the door.
At breakfast there were no napkins but kitchen roll.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Speaks English poorly. The rooms are not too much, the redecorating is asking. + There is parking, this is one of the criteria of stopping at this hotel. Впринципе to the center is not far. As an option for 1 night.

A nice place in the city center. Most of the sights are ín walking distance. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, but I stuggled a bit with the AC. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a huge variety. You can make your own waffles!

A very decent place to stay for a few days in Krakow. A stone's throw from the waterfront, a bunch of different shops within walking distance, to the center of the easy step of 10 minutes. Rooms are excellent — in the shower — hairdryer, soap, gel-shower, disposable cups. The beds are soft, the linen is clean; There is a channel in Russian language on TV. Breakfast was included (buffet) — delicious. A lot. The service is good. You can have lunch and dinner. At the reception the guys are good at it, they speak English, explain how to get anywhere in the city. WI FI is free for hotel residents.

Central, modern hotel in the inner historical city of Krakow. Friendly staff, restaurant in the hotel has also good breakfast.

Very pleasant stay. Rooms big and clean with everything you need. Easy Check-in and fast check-out. All the staff is very friendly and helpful, specially I would like to mention Magda and Aneta from the restaurant for providing excellent customer service at all time. The food was really nice and we enjoyed a lovely meals.

Good location, nice staff, great choice at breakfast. Only as allergy sufferers I had a tingling on the skin in bed, probably cannot be avoided. Otherwise the price ratio is very good.

A nice hotel that is a 10-15 minute walk to the central square of Krakow and 5 minutes from Wavel Castle. The rooms are clean and cozy, everything works. Breakfast was included and was the best of all three hotels we had throughout our stay in Europe.

Super! The rooms are cozy and clean. The location on the Vistula River invites you to take a walk. In front of the door tram and bus are both in the city about 1200 meters away, as well as the airport Balice. Our second stay in Krakow and the second stay here in the hotel. The staff is accommodating D and very nice. We are completely satisfied.

Ibis like any other Ibis really. That is a great thing about Accor Hotels chain — after you've been to one of a chosen type, you kniw exactly what to expect and you get that every time. This hotel is great value for money. It's not expensive, rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, there is some closet space, Wi-Fi is fast and free. Service is always pleasant and, of course, location is great. I literally never had one bad experience in this hotel, so I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

Breakfast buffet for polish conditions too expensive but good Wi-Fi works flawlessly and is free.

The location The only thing is that I was in a triple with two other friends and there was a transparent shower in the middle of the room along with the sink and the toilet was in another closet with no windows or vacuum cleaner. Not much food.

Good location to the old town and the Jewish quarter. The rooms are spacious with wooden floor and a nice bathroom. Nothing fancy, but it's clean. The keycard was not working all the time, boring to go down to the reception to get new.

Good place for good price. The rooms is clean, the breakfast is nice and the administrators are tactful and helpful.

We had a great stay, friendly, helpful staff facilitated us with booking trips, getting taxis and late dinner and snacks. The place is vibrant, spotless and breakfast was great. Bed comfy, good location… within walking distance of the centre of town and Wawel Castle. I really enjoyed it. Thank you all.

Lovely basic hotel, very comfy beds, had air con but no tea or coffee facilities in room. Food very nice, lot of walking done as not near main square but is OK for us 60+ oldies.

Not bad but expensive compared with other ibis hotels. Rooms not soundproof, we can hear everything that happens in the street, even people talking (we were on a third floor). Very poor Wi-Fi barely to check the email and sometimes not even that. On the right side rooms clean. Parking in the basement and 10 minutes walking to city center.

Service to the height, the decoration less "plastic" compared to the other ibis. Breakfast was very good.
