I stayed here 5 years ago and then again now. I paid 800 pesos for a single room. You get what you pay for. Bathroom could use a good scrubbing or re-tiling. Toilet flushed weakly. There was no foot towel in the toilet and the toilet paper was subpar. The TV is an old CRT unit. There was no table in my room so my luggage was on a chair. I had to ask for a second pillow and it was much bigger than the first one. Just a thin blanket on top of the bedsheet. Breakfast was simple Filipino fare, tocino and corned beef. No elevator so I had to walk up to my third floor room. One notable bit about this hotel: the interior decor is truly garish and bizarre. They should have spent the money on better rooms instead. RM needs renovation but if you're on a budget it's okay as long as expectations are managed.

Friendsly staff. Very clean and decent room. With a very nice and affordable Spa inside the hotel. Truly a home away from home. One of the best place to stay in Dumaguete.
