Aircon is not gud! grrrrr and maintenance is verry slow! am so disappointed my 1st day.

Quite place to stay! I would recommend this place and the employees are very pleasant & accomodating! No complain!

They have nice, clean and affordable rooms. They serve delicious foods. Most specially ace francis hotel staffs are very much accommodating. Thank you ace francis hotel for the warm and cozy experience.

The lights and the airconditioning is good. The only thing that kept me from giving it a 4 star rating is that the conference room we used located on the ground floor has columns that eats up the space and blocks the view of some of the participants in the case of presentations. This is actually maybe the third time we used this venue and it still bothers us. The lighting is a bit dim making us sleepy. And if we only use the white lights, it will not be sufficient. Best if they used more white lights rather than the dim lights in the venue.

Rooms are not well maintained. Has undesirable smell. Staff are accommodating though.

So far I was satisfied with the hotel and the staff were accomodating, Location is okay but not enough space for parking. Family room is small for a single and matrimonial bed, I suggest shld have cabinet… okay na rin siya sa linis…

Good place to stay specially if you have an early flight to catch the next day.

It's a casual place, good for travelers because it's cheap, pretty accessible, but clean and safe.

I would give three stars for the place is good, the staff were very accommodating they even gave us a cold water before we leave the hotel for they think it's very hot outside. Vey sensitive staff. And the hotel is located a bit of distance from the city proper, so less noise you can hear from the outside. However the hotel has a small room and the AC would take several hours before you can feel its cold and dining area needs a lot of improvement. But if you just need affordable hotel to stay for a night, this might be good for you.

Near the airport. At night you can hangbout at a nearby cafe. The price is good since it comes with free breakfast. They served soup! also have iced tea and coffee :)
