Review of Hotel Lorenza 2*

This place could be considered as one with good location and appears to have a nice interior. I usually dine in the restaurant, the first time I ate here is I think 4 yrs ago, as I visit their restaurant from time to time, I think the taste of the food is already changing, it doesn’t taste good. Just tonight, I ate alone for dinner, I order barbecue — hotdog, isaw, lumpiang gulay, and rice. A simple meal I need for the evening. While I was waiting for my order, I go to the Frontdesk and ask for the Wi-Fi Voucher, when the two ladies saw me approaching, none of them even greeted me Good evening and I didn’t feel a warm welcome as I step the hotel premises. Oh I remember, same with when I place my order at the barbecue stall, No one even greeted me. A basic thing to do when you are in a customer service industry. When my order was placed in my table, I say thank you to the male food attendant, when Im about to eat, I noticed my rice was cold as well as the lumpiang gulay. I called the attention of the food attendant, and ask him “ Kay ano po diri na mapaso an rice? “, he only answered “ Maam, kay humagkot na po”. I don’t know what to answer back so I just eat my meal because I don’t want to complain further. I was only surprised they are serving cold rice and very sticky. On my previous dine in, I usually got a hot rice naman, so I am surprised they are serving cold rice this time. So while I was eating then, I look down into my feet coz I felt there was some mosquitoes, but when I look down, I didn’t only saw mosquitoes, I also saw a little rat. I was rushing to finish my meal when I saw the below the table I am sitting, I think I will no longer visit the place with the experience I have from tonight. Lastly, I noticed staff are making “chika chika” that they almost forgot other people can hear what they are gossiping. I hope the management will do something about this, coz its sad if what I’ve experienced tonight will also be experienced by another customer.
