The water was awful. I would never recommend this hotel. Bad service.

Me and my husband checked in here last night because of the power interruption and we both love the place. Very cozy, nice and clean at a very affordable price. The staffs are also friendly and accommodating. My husband wanted to stay for another night but the power was back on the next day but he's wishing there will be another one so we will check back in again lol. Also adore the design and style of their resto.

Budget hotel for travellers. no other amenities, but parking is not a problem.

The frontdesk are very friendly and very approachable the rooms ok. But our restaurant not open 24hrs… but its ok… Very Affordable… but nice staff ung frontdesk nyu unlike sa iba nahindi marunong mag entertain.

Recently had a bad experience in the hotel regarding our reservation. They are not keen on getting details and request from their guest. I reserved for 3 rooms two weeks before our scheduled visit in iloilo with a specific instruction of early check in, but on the day itself, going to the hotel there is only one room available for us. Pool is not that clean and air conditioning has a problem and the pail and dipper that we requested… Filthy.

Very affordable. Clean rooms and courteous staff. The place is near Robinsons.

Filthy not recommendPool is a health hazard. Bathrooms tiles taps light switches. A health hazard. Stay away from here. Not as advertised no restraraunt. Pool is that unijenic I would not let my dog in it. When I complained they sent a boy to clean the leaves of it. Water never changed no chemicals added. When it rains they fill with water from the filthy roof. Be warned you do not get what you pay for here.

Wow I stay here because have pool and restraraunt. Guess what the restraunt not operating. Inspection of pool is woeful This pool not been cleaned for a long time. Algie all around pool tiles. They tell me holiday today? so not cleaned today? This pool is a health hasard. I would not recommend any one stay here this place not as advertised.

Decent place to stay, *Near the very busy market though and the road going to the place is dark. *Hotel is pretty much near robinsons mall.

The location is in the middle of a busy market. But that wasn't a problem, it was more the fact they replaced all the windows in all the rooms when I was there and then wanted to move me to work on my window too. So much noise and builders evrywhere. Make sure you don't have guests if you do building…

I stayed here twice and each time I encountered water problems. The pressure is weak and hot water is not available at night. The aircon is also warm. The towel has a big tattered hole and the bath math looks like a worn out rag. The hotel needs a major overhaul. I won't stay here again.

Kusina NaNam in Chito's Hotel is a homey place to dine. Their avocado mousse cake is delicious.

Sinigang ni Toma's was delicious! Angus beef burger was so yummy!
Love the place… not overcrowded.

Accessible if you intend to go around downtown Iloilo. Although the place is quite near a wet supermarket where it's not really nice to pass by if you want to stroll around Iloilo. Room rates are very affordable and customer service is pretty efficient. There's a very good restaurant in The hotel compound.

Great place! Affordable, Located in the heart of the city proper yet in a peaceful location, Newly-renovated rooms are a treat to stay in, Hotel is managed and run by the family, Excellent customer service, Fast Internet, Swimming Pool, Food is local and great. Worth coming back to again.
