Clean and spacious. No restaurant at the hotel but lots of restaurants nearby.

Good hotel! Near Robinson's Jaro. Pero may part na di nalilinis like may mga bote pa ng beer sa cabinets.

The place is okay, crew are nice but this is the worst part of our stay is they don't serve there own complimentary breakfast they only buy it in Jollibee. Lack of crew. On the 2nd day of our stay they did not have our complimentary breakfast coz thwy did not inform us that they only buy it in jollibee and that we nees to order it at night. The coffee on the 3rd day is cold, no sugar, and tasteless.

Not very considerate towards senior citizens. Never considered offering a ground-floor room to a 71 year-old client. She has to walk up to third floor 3 — 4 times a day just to have a meal. Some staff don't have common coutesy towards guests. Could be cultural.

All El Haciendero staff are very accommodating and kind. The hotel is situated in a strategic place — near malls, restaurant, plaza and churches.

Good accommodation, nice deals, and the rooms are pretty neat. I would give it a five out of five, actually, but on the second night when we checked in there, there was a brownout and their generator didn't turn on immediately, hence causing quite an inconvenience. Another thing is that their water also has a dirty quality at night, and may even not flow. Hope they fix this though. The Wi-Fi is fine, just not as fast as it should be, but it still provides a connection and whatnot. But, as for all the other things, they were pretty good!

Budget friendly place to stay near the city, just near Robinsons and Jaro church. The place was clean and the staff was friendly too.

We stayed in a Quadruple room. Room was big, complete toiletries, hot shower was working well, bed was alright, aircon was working well. Location is very good! It was just a few steps away from Robinsons mall. Jeepney was accessible as well. Because we had an early flight, the staff agreed to waive the early check-in fee. We checked in at 7am. Loved their service. Will definitely checkin here again when we come back.

It feels like home. Staff were courteous and accomodating. Good value for money.

An excellent hotel in a well placed location. Close to Jaro Cathedral and the other historic mansions in Jaro, Iloilo.

It is a newly built hotel in Iloilo city. We're very happy because it's very clean and the staffs are super friendly! :) I highly recommend this to those who plans on staying for weeks and of course to travelers who's looking for affordable accommodation in Iloilo.
