I love the place! It was simple but worth the price (especially if you’re tight on budget). The kitchen saved me from eating outside, and drinking water is also free! Mr. Aleksander was very accommodating. Good for family, barkada, and even for solo travelers. Also near the port! This place gave me the local vibe 👌🏻👏🏻

Great service from the owner to the staffs, the place is very clean as well as the room. Sir Aleksander is very kind and accommodating. You can also rent motorcycle and bicycle at a cheap rate. I definitely recommend this place 😊👍👍❤️❤️

Highly recommended!, from the owner, to the staff our stay here is so satisfying… free use of the gasul, kitchen, you can cook food for free use plus free drinking water so no need to buy outside… and to the owner also, thank you also for the malunggay leaves our tinola is so yummy.

Affordable, safe environment and clean place. Friendly and very accommodating staff. The owner is very generous. 5 stars is not enough to rate our experience in Edsan Apartment. It’s a home away from home. A place where you can comfortably roam around, the kitchen is accessible to all. Sir Alexander is very hospitable. Everything we ask for they grant it. We were able to grill just in front of our room. We accidentally had a late check out but it was “okay, no problem” answer from Sir Alexander. Even if the weather was not that good at least our stay in EDSAN was great. The owner was really nice and accommodating! Stranded for 1 night and he was really really nice giving one room free for us to stayy! So many freebies! Awesome guy! Awesome place! Would stay here again! Thank you Edsan!

EDSAN Apartment is a really nice place to stay with the best accommodating owner. Alexander prepared everything for our island hopping for a very good price. Good for family outing. You can cook anytime because they have a spacious kitchen. My family and I are highly recommending this place!

Highly recommended. Very accomodating owner. Fully aircodnitioned room good for 6 to 8 at a very affordable price, with free usage of motorbike na during your stay. And very near ra sa nice beaches and markets/resto. Will surely come back soonnn.

Our stay here in Edsan Apartment is very worth it. They have spacious rooms that's great for groups, the place is very relaxing, they have a very friendly and helpful helper (Kuya Noel) and on top of that, the owner (Sir Alex) is very accommodating and nice. You can even use the kitchen space for free. We would really recommend this to travelers who are planning to stay in Bantayan Island.

Place does not look like the pictures. There was animal feces around the front yard and garbage outside the rooms. Smell was awful. Owner was rude.
