Very friendly staff. Tasty and generous room served breakfast. Nice because they have free airport shuttle too. Rooms need improvement though especially the bathroom/plumbing.

At first we were nervous as we arrived to the hotel, but overall great hotel at an affordable price! The rooms were nice, big, and very clean. Additionally, the staff service was very quick and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Too hot airconditioning. No doors for the restroom. Location too far from the center. Though the rooms are quite big.

Nice. I like the room. But no elevator. Allow you to stairs up to 3rd floor.

Rooms are clean and service is good. Very near the airport, so this would be a good stay if you just want to spend the night before catching that early morning flight. Rates are a little pricey for an overnight stay.

Unfortunately stayed at this hotel for just one night before the flight. The hotel is great, clean and cozy. Worth the money. But the air conditioner blows directly on the bed, and turn it off, it means to suffer from heat. But otherwise everything is just super. Across the road is a shopping center where you can eat, and generally walk. The hotel has a free airport transfer, which is very convenient.

Reasonable price and spacious room. Noise out club at late night is a minus.

The hotel is ok the room is so big. But tge problem only is there is no elevator its very hard to carry our bags imagine its in tge 3rd floor… OMG… so tired…

Terrible location if you hope to enjoy the sea but the most comfortable bed of the trip.

Crew are friendly and accomodating… nice and comfy… clean and near to the different restaurants and mall and neAr also in airport. I paid the taxi fare less than a hundred … ive been here 2times.

Very nice staff and very reasonable accommodations for the price. They serve breakfast every morning and the rooms are nice. If you're a traveler, I recommend this place as a one or two night stay because it's near the airport. It's not the prettiest part of Lapu-Lapu or Cebu City, but you will get an authentic feel of the city by walking around the area. All of that said, I had a very good experience here and I recommend them.

Always there during vacation.

If you gave this hotel a low rating you need to go home and stay there. You are not worthy of travel. This hotel is located close to the airport. The accommodations are beyond reasonable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location. I will probably never stay anywhere else in Cebu again. SERIOUSLY! I travel there at least two times a year. I love the Philippines. And places like this are why. It is an example of how hard the people work, and try to cater to foreigners who don't even appreciate there abundance of respect for their customers.

Terrible location but the most comfortable bed of the trip.

Dulcinea Hotel and Suites is a very nice Hotel in Lapu Lapu. The management so kind and the staff is very hospitable.

Clean and good staffs but few have bug. Opposite is gaisano mactan shopping center so very useful.
