Staff are friendly and very accomodating. The pool is clean… inflatable pool is fun to play in, not only for kids but also for adults…
Room is very clean.

Our day use in Arterra Hotel & Resort was a memorably excellent experience with the good deal package all in access to the well maintain ammenities. Our package goes with room use & by this you can access to use their facilities like sauna, gym and swimming pool.
We book early and that save time with flexibility. They are keen in responding you anytime you have some questions or concerns and I appreciate that.
Our accomodation features thoughtful amenities escape & relaxation, comfort and unwind such an excellent day use.
They have an excellent friendly staff. Shout out to the front desk Ms. MJ and Mam Vivian. She made sure that our stay as day user would be great and indeed it was.
Me & my family had an amazing experience. Truly excellent service and I definitely recommend Arterra Hotel & Resort to my colleagues, friends and family.

The room that we got is facing the stunning endless view of the ocean so I'm always amazed and feeling relaxed every time I stay in the balcony/patio. The hotel is not fully operational because of the pandemic. There's only few people there but I wish someday I can go back there with my family. It was still a great experience.

Very Nice and Relaxing Place! perfect for staycation!

Staffs are accomodating, spacious room, ambiance is good for us senior cetizens, overlooking to nice views. And it was perfect to stay there.

Every thing is surreal! the view is everything. If you’re a nature lover, a SEA LOVER this is a perfect place to stay!

It is a great place to unwind. It has a reasonably large pool for the family. For sports-minded visitors, there is a basketball court where you can play with other visitors. There are also cottages that you can rent, and if you love to sing, there is also an available videoke machine. Yes, you can bring your own food there. Most of all, the place is secured. When you enter the premises, there is a big gate with guards who also patrol the whole area regularly.

It was not bad. The people you are with really makes it worth it. What I want to say here is for the improvement I wish they will implement because I was looking for it when we visited here. 1. More enjoyment for the visitors — cafe, bars, slides or playground or anything like the mentioned ones 2. Bigger pools — the pools here are kinda boring I wish to have a long and bigger slide which can add up to the excitement of the place 3. Expand more. It is still a canvas that is waiting to be painted with some colors. Still, it was great because of the instagrammable pictures and the people I was with that time.

Good place to escape from the city within the city. Difficult to access with the narrow road on the way to the place. Transport is difficult without service. Pool is great. The rooms is exquisite especially the ones facing the sea. You can't bathe in the sea due to the danger of the wild waves. Sea breeze is amazing.

Soft opening of the hotel wasn't so bad. I really enjoyed my stay in here. Can't wait for it to be finished. Breakfast buffet was also great and loved there rooms as well.

Food is good, halo halo is so creamy the best so far, im not a big fan of spring rolls but that was very good and the place is not so crowded since they just opened last October. Customer service needs improvement. No Wi-Fi,

Well it depends. It's located on the tip of the island. So GREAT views. But there is no beach Also it's away from most activities. And the room was super musty when we got in. And the cleaning service just sprayed Lysol in the room. So we walked into a musty, sprayed filled room at first. We had to open all the windows and doors to air it out. It was hard getting to sleep that night. And the water in the bathroom was very yellow. We had to run the water spouts for awhile. It cleared up mostly after the next day. The room decorations are okay. We stayed in the two bed room suite. I expected more for the price though. Maybe larger family area. Or bigger than balcony you could sit in. Instead of stand only. The pool is nice. But when you are in the tropics, beach is what you want really. ️ In summary, I'd say stay here if you want great views above all else.

Amazing place. I was here before when no building was built yet. The location is perfect to those who wants to get away from the busy city life. They have a pool that has a beautiful sea-view. You can also enjoy listening to acoustic while having dinner.
